Call answered by Ai, don't call back Let my dog sit 3 hours…read more(at least) before starting his appointment 1:00, last one out at 5:00 while she took walk ins and finished them before my dog Charged $30.00 above published price with not much of an explanation ($100.00 is way too much for a small dog!) Tried to talk to owner who just gave excuses. The two walk in's cost $6.00 less than my one dog No satisfaction at all! If I could give minus 5 I would! Rachael is not a good business person, she has a lot to learn!

I went to Groomer's Touch for about 10 years. It was great when Jen was the owner. Now that Rachel…read morehas taken over it appears she not a good business person. I have stayed with her but now I cannot. I called the day before my appointment for my female Airedale terrier this week. She's raised her prices again and I wanted to know the price. She quoted me $85 which as a $20 jump but I accepted it. The morning of the appointment my girl came in with small burr seeds in her coat. I spent some time brushing her legs and belly as well as beard to remove the bulk of them, her torso too but it is quite short cut. My dogs are very active but given the dry hot weather (and fact I've showered them numerous times to cool them off) she was not that dirty since there's no mud to get into as she loves to do. I dropped her off with clipping instructions to take her a bit shorter on her legs. When I arrived to pick her up I was charged $107. This is the second time with has been done to me and this time it was a slap in the face given I called the day before for the price. (I was charged $20 extra another time for my boy which I thought was slimy business practices. Dogs are dirty, groomers clean dogs. That's your business, right?) I protested the extra charge. The girl said "I talked to Rachel, had to bath her twice and she was matted). Bull. She was not matted as I brushed her before I brought her. She shouldn't have needed two baths if she was bathed properly the first time. And she says the new cut took longer. If you don't know a proper groom for an Airedale that is your problem. You are dog groomers who should know your business. And she nicked Mina's private parts in the process. I met a woman right after at another groomers I stopped at on the way home who also used to go the GT with Jen but found Rachel's grooming skills and professionalism lacking. Long story short. I'm done. I will not go back. You're a business owner but won't be for long at this rate, Rachel. Ps. I just got off the phone with Rachel. Although I was told the additional bathe I was charged extra now is standard - she said and I quote 'we bath all dogs twice; b) that the $85 was just a 'base price' so any additional charges- beware! They can charge what they like. And then she hung up on me.

Over priced and unprofessional. STAY AWAY. Recently tried Ed for training my two 9 month old pups…read moreand worst experience I have had with a professional to date. Advertises military discount but was told I didn't qualify as only the military member can sign the contract and my husband is deployed, he finally honored after some discussion but asked to see orders and my dependent ID. Every appointment was late or rescheduled from their end. Not given clear direction on how to handle behavior problems with my dogs. They completely changed their plan for training after one session - I was verbally told I would be refunded for a partial session due to this and never was. Decided to terminated my contract early because of these issues and received a nasty email full of personal attacks including that he didn't think it was in my best interest to keep my dogs. As an added insult I was charged for extra gas and tolls. I have been a dog owner all my life and have had only positive experiences with other trainers, groomers and veterinarians. Reviews are turned off of his facebook business page which leads me to imagine that there are others with similar complaints. Update- 2 years later and Ed continues to edit his response with complete lies. Read to see what hes come up with this time, you'll get a good laugh. You can't take someone to court over 17 dollars and your discount isn't worth the paper it would take to print "false documents" What a clown.

I've contacted you several times for a refund and you don't respond. You asked my vet to put my dog on medication that he should never been on! My Vet felt you had no idea what you were talking about because you wanted my dog tranquilized and he recommended that we find a different trainer. He was so kind and put that all in writing for me. We only switched dogs due to your recommendation after 2 training sessions and only saw you for 2 sessions with the new dog. I can only pray people do their research by asking vets and read reviews. I've been nice and waited for a refund but you seem to want to keep my money. That is not going to be the case! You left me no option but to take you to court.

A Life-Changing Experience with McWreath Dog Training!…read more I can't say enough good things about Chelsea, the founder and owner of McWreath Dog Training! When Loki and I first came to Chelsea, we were both an anxious mess--me, not knowing how to help my pup, and Loki, struggling with walks, car rides, and the everyday stresses of life. Fast forward to now, and the transformation is nothing short of incredible: ‍ Loki walks more calmly by my side. He's confident enough to enjoy the local dog park and make new friends! Long car trips? No problem! Everyday errands around town? A breeze. Chelsea didn't just train Loki; she trained us as a team. Her patience, expertise, and genuine care for both dogs and their owners made all the difference. Loki is happier, more relaxed, and thriving in ways I never thought possible. Loki even used their Boarding facilities when we took a trip to Europe for 10 days. He had tons of fun meeting and playing with all the other pups there, in a structured setting and fully supervised. (with videos and photos too) If you're feeling overwhelmed with your dog's behavior, I wholeheartedly recommend McWreath Dog Training. Chelsea has truly given us the tools and confidence to enjoy life together to the fullest! Thank you, Chelsea, for changing our lives! Loki and I are forever grateful.
