Their pasta is fresh and handmade, it has the perfect bite to it. Exactly what authentic pasta should be like. The coolest thing is that you can get a half portion of most pastas. Now onto the food and once again it's not what my family does so it was difficult to judge them too harshly. They lose a star for telling me they were out of something 10 minutes after I order. My replacement meal was ok and I feel it lacked the flavor I'm used to. My dining guest also felt their meals lacked flavor. Although everything was cooked right and portion size was sufficient for the price, it lacked the overall feel of a 4 star place. I might be back but it's only if I'm in town.
