My husband and i attened the cafe on a saturday afternoon, the cafe was very busy. We order our breakfast with two hot drinks and i was told to take a sit and the drinks will be brought over to us. We waited 15 min and still not drink had been served, however the two gentelmen on the other table who came in after us and ordered after us got served their drinks and their breakfast. I returned back to the counter and asked were our drinks were and was told they would be served next, i explained that the two gentlement on the other table had been served before us and the two ladies serving just looked at each other and said nothing. I said i would wait and take my drinks, however i was told be the assistant due to health and safety she would need to take my drinks, furthermore we waited a further 15min for our food. To make my point, if you know the assisstance who work there you can jump the que as i found out the assisstances who work at the cafe knew the two gentlemen as they worked in the shop of the road. I understand that the cafe was busy and i knew i was going to have to wait, but what got me was the fact that people jump the que, and i will think twice about returning to the cafe.
