I cannot thank her enough for all the effort she put in, and seeing the work ethic of the sellers agent during the transition instantly made me realize what a good choice I made with Ms. Partin. If you are in the market for a house, please do not short yourself by settling for just any agent, they are not the same, not even close. I will spare the details of the sellers agent's issues, just know that you will not go wrong choosing Rhonda, in my experience she proved herself to truly be a cut above the rest.

First, before even creating a lease we had to call multiple times a week to even get the leasing agent to send us our lease to even sign. Thanks allyn. Our move in day arrives and I drive to their office and am told that I should have gotten a welcome packet before today that would have told me about "picking up the keys from a lock box on the apartment" okay. Small mistake no big deal I'll just drive back there. So I get back in my car drive to my apartment only to get ANOTHER call from them saying "oops you actually need to pick your keys up here." Great. Drive all the away back walk in and then they ask me if I have up my electric service??? SURPRISE YET AGAIN SOMETHING THAT THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO SEND ME BEFORE I MOVED IN. After awkwardly sitting in the leasing office on hold with Dominion Energy for 30 minutes I finally got everything correct. All these issues aside it wouldn't have been that upsetting but the disinterest and unapologetic attitude of the agents in the office is what was so upsetting. I hope things turn around but as of day one we will not be resigning with property result. Three years later!!!!!!! It was funny going back at reading this start to my experience. Honestly. I love the building. The pool was always nice in the summer. Rent is on the lower end for the area. Parking is difficult at times but being across the street from the grocery store makes up for it. The matinence guys are the best!! We lived there for three happy years and I was prepared to leave an overall good review. Then the move out process started and back to dealing with the folks at the leasing office who are less than pleasant. First off they tell you that in the last two months of living there they are going to show your apartment to strangers while you live there. That's annoying but I get it. It's nice to actually see the place you're going to live. I wish the had an actual fitness center and sometimes it's hard to get packages delivered but again I really did love our little apartment and the rest of shockoe Great place to live and would definitely recommend the building to anyone interested.
