We love getting tapioca pudding there, as well as meats. I most recently visited to get ingredients for a charcuterie board and found everything I needed. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because the produce section could be better and good customer service was lacking.

I found this butcher shop to be pretty on par for what I expected. While they're not a grocery store by any means, it's nice that they have some essentials available for ease of access. I went to the back, where I waited for a moment before being helped by a woman. She let me know all meat is cut same day and gave me an idea of the stores layout with where I could find different meats. They were more expensive than the grocery store, but I've been satisfied with the meat I've tried so far. Spent $22 on two NY Strip Steaks and felt they were really good albeit a bit more expensive! The store may be simple aesthetically, but the staff was helpful (especially Stephanie at the front counter who was particularly friendly). I think I'd make the effort to come back here again after my experience this week and get why the locals love this shop.

Mr. Hill collected all the relevent information. We decided to replace the tire instead of installing the spare. Mr. Hill went to town to pick up the tire and was to us in about an hour. Turns out the other tire on the dual wheels was damaged as well. Mr. Hill had the foresight to bring a second new tire. Within another hour, he had both tires installed and we were ready to go. He also showed us what happened to the tire, a failed brake caliper. We went to a brake shop and got the brake repaired (another great customer service experience). Mr. Hill and the UP Tire team did a great job and I would highly recommend them.

Parking: I have to say this plaza has one of the worst parking areas that I've ever seen. It's like the typical plaza parking except there are craters there are some holes that I feel like if I stood in them they would be knee deep. They do patching but the patching looks like it was done by me. As in someone who has no idea what they're doing because the patching me it even worse sometimes. I'm going on like this just to warn you when you go. Store: It's a small store it's like the other small stores where there's a counter with coolers that they grab stuff from and then you have the place where you can grab stuff like french fries vegetables and soup. Apparently it started off as an IGA, but then broke away from the franchise and blossomed into what it is today. I love going to grocery stores when I'm in a different city, because they always have products that aren't available at home. So the last time my husband and I were in The Soo, I dragged him into the rental car to go check out Pino's and now he raves about it even more than I do, lol. It's huge like a Loblaws or Superstore, but has the feel of more like a Farm Boy or a Whole Foods. It has a great bakery section with fresh baked donuts! The prepared food section has lots of variety. We were growing tired of eating out so much on our trip so we bought a bunch of stuff to eat back at our hotel room. Whenever people talk about The Soo, I always bring up Pino's Get Fresh and The Burger Don as my two favourite places there ;)
