Chicken was great! Sides were also great. The size of the chicken was freaky big. Easy to order online.

The chicken is very good and they have a great selection of sides, more than most locations.

Crunchy, hot, juicy, but not too greasy, flavorful, and just good fried chicken.

It was Friday night at 9:30 p.m. when we ran into an overflowing dining room with no seats available inside at the Highland location, and the ordering line out the door. Next I drove to the Redlands location only to run into a filled parking lot and another dining room overflowing with primarily high-school-aged youths. On our third attempt parking was available at this location, and seats inside, but about 50 teenagers were swirling about in front off the ordering area, with no discernible back of the line. No worries! While Diane snared an available booth, two of the youths urged me to bypass them and go to the front of the line. Then people ahead of me parted like the Red Sea. I guess there can be some advantage to having white hair and moving along hunched over a walker! As I learned, at least some of the youths had just come from watching a football game won by Colton High School against Rim of the World High School situated on the mountaintop nearby. There were high school football games all over the Inland Empire this night, and numerous spectators were hungry for a burger, fries, and shake afterward. For Diane and me, this was simply our outing for dinner! As to the food we ordered, it was as fresh and good as ever--a Double Double Cheeseburger for Diane, and a Hamburger with Raw Onion and Cheeseburger with Grilled Onions for me, plus three orders of French Fries to split. We will surely be back for more--but not likely on another Friday night.

Best fried chicken in the IE, crunchy, made fresh and lots of options…read more I bought the whole chicken two flavors, kimchi fried rice, honey garlic wings. I don't mind waiting for fresh, super hot food. The cashier was super friendly and helpful. I'm not a big fan of fried chicken but this chicken is so unique and worth the drive (I live in moval) I forgot to take pictures of the food because I was stuffing my face ;)

I'm taking one star off for how long the food can take!…read more We ordered a small (8 piece) boneless chicken ($16.99) and a bulgogi rice bowl ($15.99) and the host told us the order would take 15 - 20 minutes (TLDR - it took over 40 minutes to get our chicken). They definitely had a back log of To Go orders, while we were the only party dining in. Prices are comparable to other Korean chicken places, but that means they're on the high side in general. The rice bowl was ready in ~10 minutes and they held it for another 5-7 minutes before asking if we wanted to start with that first. We started with that and 35 minutes after ordering, the host gave us a free order of wings (supposedly an order that no one had picked up, so who knows how long that had been sitting around!). But the gesture was appreciated. 5 minutes later, our original chicken order was delivered. 40+ minutes in total! I would have been ok if they had warned us up front, but then again, we might have left to go somewhere else. This is definitely the highest rated fast casual food in the area, and the food backed it up. Just be prepared to wait!

First, let me say I had a great meal at Baker's last night…read more I had not been to a Baker's in quite some time because the previous few visits during and post covid the food and prices were terrible. I decided to give them another try because I drive by the Loma Linda location daily and on a whim decided to give them another try. I noticed on the menu they have an unfamiliar item, the "Classic Chicken Burrito" - and one my favorite menu items used to be the "All Chicken Burrito." Before I quit going to Baker's they changed from using two pieces of chicken breast to using a dried out chopped chicken that was just horrible. I asked the friendly cashier, and she told me this burrito has two pieces of chicken breast, red sauce, and cheese; just like the old "All Chicken Burrito." I ordered one and was pleasantly surprised at how good it was. It took me back to 2019. And years ago when I quit going the bean and cheese burrito had shrunk in size to little more than a tortilla with about two tablespoons of beans and a dozen measly shreds of cheese - completely different than the bulky burrito with plenty of beans cheese I had loved for many years. And because my two long time favorites were both the chicken and B&C burrito, I decided to also get one of these. Again, I was very pleasantly surprised that they seem to have gone back to the old ways. The burrito was slightly smaller than they used to make them back in 2019, but big enough to give me those old times feels. And the beans were just perfect. I love that they are only partially mashed with plenty of whole beans in a thick bean soup. And to top it off, there was plenty of cheese inside. Altogether, I was blown away by how great the items I ate were. I'll definitely be going back. I can't wait to see if the burgers and fries have been revived back to their former greatness. Good job, Baker's!

First…read moreoff, if you're planning on dining in and have never been here before, park in the empty lot next door because if you park inside the building parking lot during a rush it will be very difficult to get out. Also, there is indoor and outdoor seating but it's limited so if you have a large crowd, try to plan ahead or order your food to go. When we pulled up there were about 6 cars in front of us. The line did move slower than usually so I'm not sure what the delay is/was. There are a lot of food options and not only burgers. They have a variety of salads, serve breakfast all day, and have dinners you can order. I love that they give you the choice of fries, onion rings, fried zucchini, or a salad without charging you extra. Most places do. The service was great and please don't take offense if they read your order back quickly. This place can get really busy. The cashier read our order back perfect. Tonight we ordered 3 meals. A Pastrami Burger Combo w/ Sprite, Chicken Tender dinner w/ Pink Lemonade, and the Mechanic (Pastrami Steak Sandwich) combo w/ salad and Unsweetened Tea. The total was $58. We always order our fries extra crispy. It's the way to go for us. The Mechanic was really good. I would definitely get it again. It was seasoned to the max, actually a little too seasoned for my liking but I assure you, that's just my preference because I'm not big on salt. This was my first time having their pastrami in a sandwich and that's what was heavily salty to me. The bread and the fresh veggies on the sandwich helped cut through it a little. My side salad was delicious. I love that they use English cucumbers and put shredded cheese on it. My significant other tore his pastrami burger up and said they have the best one locally. My teenager loves the bread from the chicken tender dinner. Sadly they forget her Ranch for the tenders. Overall, it was yummy!
