Amazing customer service (I wish I got their names) They were so kind and polite, especially with my four year-old chatting their ear off as they worked. The chicken was good- flakey and hot and the fries were good (crinkle cut is not my favorite but these were good). The coleslaw was really yummy- crunchy and my son liked better than the fries. I wish you could have more substitution choices for fries but they don't allow that. The kids meal was cute. Overall it was a lovely lunch experience! Tbh it's not my jam that I would go to often or I need to go again but it was pleasant and fun to try!

The young man working the drive-through last night was distracted, to say the least, and was not expediting drive-through orders well. After waiting at the window for more than five minutes, I was asked to pull around front because they were waiting for fries (after I saw through the window at least six people walk up to the counter and receive their orders with fries). After pulling around front, I waited another 10 minutes, at least before the very pleasant and effective young lady that was working the inside counter brought me my meal. You should never take close to 30 minutes for a drive-through order to be completed. I've worked for a fast food chain before, so I'm familiar with expediting orders; however, I have not worked for Popeyes in the past. I can only say that at this location, the young man they had working the drive-through last night may not have been the best choice. It just doesn't seem to be his strength. I will say the tall slim young lady that brought my food to me was very polite and had a strong sense of customer service. in her posture. She's the only reason I gave it at least two stars. If it were just based on her service alone, it would've been five.

One of the people forgot to put in my empanadas, but that was my fault for not checking right away. I feel as though most fast food places get such low stars most of the time, but I'm a firm believer that those who give low stars tend to forget that the people on the other side of the window are still humans. Sadly, the fires were cold and not fresh. The burgers had no extra pickles and somehow they missed my onions. The entire meal was underwhelming. I know it's bad when I son doesn't finish the fries. The service was MEH! When I gave my mobile order they said pull up. When they handed me my receipt and I said thank you - no you're welcome! Same when they gave me my food. No smiles, no your welcome - NOTHING! The ambiance I will give some extra points for, I've never been to a McDonalds that plays music outside and this one did. It was a nice touch.

To make things worse, the manager charged me for the sauce after I had already spent over $50. If there was going to be a charge, that should have been mentioned when I was asked if I wanted it, not after your employee forgot to include it. What made this experience even worse was the manager's attitude. Especially as a manager, you should be setting the example for good customer service, not being rude to customers over a mistake your staff made. This was poor customer service from start to finish, and I expected much better.

P&G's Burgers -- A Family Favorite for Over 15 Years!…read more P&G's Burgers is definitely at the top of our list of favorite family-owned American burger restaurants! We've been loyal customers for over 15 years, and they continue to deliver delicious food and great service every time. One of the things I really appreciate is that most of their menu items are prepared after you order, so your food is fresh and made to order. And you can definitely taste the difference! I absolutely LOVE their salads! They're hearty, loaded with great-tasting ingredients, and the dressings are delicious. Their burger combos are yummy, especially those flame-grilled burgers! And you can't go wrong with their French fries. They're not those skinny, thin fries--they're more like steak fries, and they're delicious! We've tried just about everything on the menu over the years, and honestly, you really can't go wrong with anything you order. If you're going through the drive-thru, just remember to be patient. Sometimes the line takes a little while to move, but it's worth the wait because they're preparing your food after you order it. Fresh food takes a little time! The restaurant itself is clean and welcoming, with nostalgic posters and décor that give it a fun, old-school feel. They also have outdoor seating if you prefer to eat outside. And I have to give a special shout-out to Christian, who always provides such great customer service! He greets you with a smile and always has so much positive energy. His friendly personality makes every visit even better--and he's bilingual too! If you're craving a delicious, fresh, made-to-order burger, salad, fries, or just some good American comfort food, I highly recommend P&G's Burgers! 15+ years of loyal customers says it all. Thank you, P&G's, for continuing to be one of our family favorites!

We decided to head over to Dave's Hot Chicken for our typical Friday night dine out for the family…read more I didn't want to place my order online because I was driving over from Riverside and wanted to make sure I would have my food hot when I took it home. The restaurant was very busy, as would be usual for a Friday evening. We placed our order at the counter with the sweetest young woman behind the counter. SHe was patient and explained all the different options to us. It appeared there was only one other person working in the back. Needless to say, orders were deep. There was a man (we assumed he was a food delivery driver), who was visibly upset at the staff because part of his order wasn't ready. He was getting loud with the sweet young woman behind the counter. The young man who was working in the kitchen came out to have an explaination of the situaiton to the angry man. It took a while for us to get our order. I'd say at least 30 minutes. Once we were called up, we just picked up and left. We didn't check our order before we took off. We got back home in Riverside, unloaded everything, and realized one meal was missing from the order. I decided to call the store to let them know. I spoke to Joey, who identified himself at the night manager. I told him how the young woman behind the counter never lost her cool and how busy the restaurant was. Joey apologized for the failure and offered to make it right. We worked together to come to an agreement where we would come back another day and they would replace the missing meal. We came back on the day we said we would. The young man behind the counter didn't seem to know what I was talking about even though Joey said he'd leave a detailed note. No matter, I had my receipt with me and presented it along with a short story of the situation. The young man placed an order in the kitchen for us. We had our replacement meal in about 10 minutes. Honestly people... be nice. It's not hard. Things happen. Just use the nice words you have in your vocabulary and let the restaurant attempt to make it right. We'll be back. Dave's is good stuff.
