We had two breasts and two drum sticks but I think you could request all of one type. It came with a biscuit which was tiny and dry (nothing like what you get at KFC for example). That was the only part of the meal that was meh. Chicken was tasty and filling and yes, crunchy. The mashed potatoes came with a nice amount of gravy and tasted good. Finally, the jumbalaya had a nice kick (actually too spicy for me!) and was a huge amount. No complaints from either of us. Prices seemed cheaper than Popeye's or KFC (probably because it's not a stand alone type store). We were the only ones there so there was a lot of parking and our order took almost no time to get.
