Always has a variety of fresh food, made to order pizzas, very reasonable prices. Fountain drinks as well as canned/bottled.

I remember when Small Time Hot Dogs was a small hot dog cart that came to town (Grenada) every week. They hop around from town to town in central MS, posting their weekly schedule on their social media pages. Better catch them when in your town! I've since moved to Desoto county and can't catch them when we go back to Grenada occasionally, but I check every time. My favorite is just a regular dog with mustard, ketchup, and relish. Their hot dogs are very meaty and flavorful. I will occasionally get a southern dog. It is a must try, but a lot of meat going on!! They also have BBQ nachos that are amazing. Their tamales are the best around. Po boys are big and tasty. I'm not a lemonade fan, but I have heard they are the best around also. Oh, don't forget to get a funnel cake!

Normally when I go out for a hot dog (or in my cases two...because I am "that girl"..) it's either a really great one or it just plain sucks. In the case of Small Time Hot Dogs - it was square in the middle and thus I am conflicted. Scene: Dinner and a Movie at the Museum on 5/18. Hot dogs were being taken from the museum to about 10 minutes away so they had a bit of a drive because we thought it was going to rain and decided to just not stay there. *Taking this into account when writing this review.* Ordered: One order of plain fries Two Dogs: New York and Milwaukee with Extra mustard, kraut, add ketchup, onions and cheese to the Milwaukee New York Dog - Hot dog quality was very good. The hot dog was meaty, delicious, and plump without being hard. The quality of the meat is on point. - The bun was a standard bun. It's what you want in a food truck hot dog. My bun was super soggilicious but that is because of the kraut + drive home. - Fixings: Kraut was nearly flavorless. Mustard was nearly flavorless. Red onions were fine. Ketchup nearly non-existent. Overall: Decent dog, don't be a moron like me and travel with it because it won't travel well. It was loosely thrown together which makes for a bad doggy. When you put a hot dog together there is a structure you need to follow. This wasn't it. Milwaukee Dog - Hot dog quality was very good. The hot dog was meaty, delicious, and plump without being hard. The quality of the meat is on point. - The bun was a standard bun. It's what you want in a food truck hot dog. My bun was not a super sog but it didn't seem to hold the fixings well. - Fixings: Kraut was nearly flavorless. Mustard was nearly flavorless. Red onions were fine. Ketchup nearly non-existent. Cheese was melty. Overall: Not a good dog. Maybe I overdid it on the cheese or onions? Who knows. But for all of the elements on the dog it had no flavor - just the hot dog. Structure bad, that was about all. Fries: Good, solid french fries. Crinkle cut and delicious. Not much salt on them which makes me happy! Price: $15.00 - not bad! Consensus: Small Time Hot Dogs needs to work on some things. I'll give them another shot next time they are around because a good, solid hot dog is super hard to find. They need to work on a good structure for their dog (bun, mustard on the bottom along the center of the bun, ketchup on the sides of the dog, relish and kraut on the top of the mustard, then dog, then a drizzle of cheese (or none) and then send it on it's way. So overall... I will give them a second shot because the hot dog itself was very tasty. If you see this truck, support it and go buy some dogs. It's hard to do a food truck down here and it's even harder to find a hot dog truck down here. Support your local food truck!

Moi Birthday dinner two years in a row now…read more Moi absolutely favorite restaurant. The food is so Amazeballs. I dreamt of the Pork Chop we had last year, for the whole year, till I could get back here again & have it again for me Birthday.. and again, it was so freakin Amazeballs. Everything was cooked perfectly. Nailed both pork chops. The Lafitte sauce is so delicious, just get it on everything, that's my advice haha :)... The tuna tartare was also so Amazeballs we had to order one to go. We also ordered the Fettuccine with the Lafitte sauce with chicken to go, ohmygosh hubby & I fought over that next day at brunch! :).. The cheesy grits are a must order. Not your average grits. The grind is a much heartier grind. The quality & texture is superb. And topped with their "Lafitte sauce" AKA crawfish cream sauce ohmygosh. Heavenly :)... Reservations are a must. Beautiful vintage space. Bar area is very nice. Service is great. Southern hospitality at its finest. Very Romantic restaurant. The Casablanca Booth at NOLA, is moi booth. "Play it again Sam" forever & ever. "la Vie en Rose" OuiOui. Highest Recommendations.

Not quite as knowledgeable about the menu as we would like but that's not a dealbreaker. Mike had the Saint Charles shrimp. It was incredible. Those grit cakes were the best I've ever had. The Lafitte sauce is so good. I had the Lafitte pasta with blackened and shrimp. I highly recommend the blackened shrimp. They were top-notch. The fettuccine was cooked perfectly al dente. The sauce has a nice smoky flavor. The house fries were tasty, but could've been a bit hotter. The rolls were nice and warm and served with real butter. Real butter is always a bonus. The homemade ranch with a side salad was really good. I noticed a couple of people mentioned the prices on the menu. This is quality, fresh seafood, it's worth paying a little extra for. Sadly, the server brought the check with without asking if we wanted dessert. I had debated on the King cake bread pudding, but she settled that for me. We would definitely go and do recommend Nola Sidenote, when we walked in the door, we were greeted by a beautiful young lady, with very bright pink hair. She was so friendly and polite, we were a bit disappointed that we did not get her as our server.

About a year ago I was driving on I55 and searching for steakhouses and the Enid Depot popped up in…read morethe search area. I have been wanting to try it ever since. The restaurant appears to be in an old time country store despite the depot name. The kind of store that has long ago disappeared. Upon walking in, our party of six was greeted, seated and immediately we felt appreciate for our patronage. We ordered onion rings and grilled oysters... the onion rings were huge and heavily battered and if you like them that way.... then get them. I prefer thinly sliced and lighter batter. Rings were served with what looked like comeback sauce but oddly had no flavor to the sauce . The oysters were different, not bad but we all agreed we would try something different next time... I think we were expecting the normal garlic/butter/parmesan cheese preparation. Half of us upgraded our salad to the spinach bacon salad. It was total worth it and delicious! Three in the party for prime rib and thought it was the best they had. The servings were generous. Two of us had filets...they were very good! I had the redfish which was also good and very rich! We shared a crème brûlée for the table as we were all so full...the sugar was a bit over torched but the brûlée under it was excellent! Over all the food was fantastic but what really set the evening over the top was the live entertainment! Needless to say we will be back. If you are with in driving distance or passing through, then this place is worth going out of the way for!
