I'm mad as heck with this Krispy Kreme to be honest. I went there at 9 at night and ordered two glazed donuts. I figured that they wouldn't be hot so I asked to worker to heat them up for me. "Um no we can't heat up these donuts but I'll give you our freshest ones." Okay so I'm feeling quite hopeful at this point until I get my donuts. THE DONUTS WERE COLD AS ICE. They were not fresh whatsoever but they were his "freshest". I was almost even madder because I came back to the hotel and my microwave stopped working but fortunately it was playing possum. SERIOUSLY DUDE, there was NO possible way you could've heated the donuts up? I'm glad I was in the backseat and received the donuts when we left the store because I would've thrown them back in the window and demanded my money back. read more

We are visiting from out of town, and was very excited to come here. we got 3 dozen donuts and when we took a bite out of one, it was dry and hard like a rock. you would think they would have fresh donuts for everyone but i'm guessing that is not true. i do not recommend this particular krispy kreme read more

The store was disgusting on a Monday night. They couldn't have been so busy they can't clean. That and everyone was standing around doing nothing. The guy at the counter was so creepy we almost turned around after we walked in and he ran at is pointing and yelling "BLAH." The doughnuts were good, though. I've always liked Krispy Kreme, but this is a whole new level of amazing. For starters, the doughnuts, as always, were great. You can also see the employees make the doughnuts, and that's pretty neat. But the big point I have to make, is the bathrooms. 1. The bathroom is super clean. 2. It's a singular room, not a big bathroom like in Pizza hut or something. You can also lock the bathroom if need be. Yet, those aren't the best things. They play music in there. I shit you not, they blast music in there at the perfect volume. Comfortable volume for the ears, but loud enough to mask the noise of the monstrous, unholy, jaw-dropping shit I took in there. The feeling started in the car, and I couldn't hold it until Columbia, obviously. That was the first time I ever shat in public ever since I was 11yrs old. Other than putting the wrong types of min doughnuts in the boxes, it was a near-perfect time there. Thank you Krispy Kreme for having restaurants with almost no flaws. Thank you. Only car in line. I order 6 glazed, 4 jelly filled and 2 with chocolate glaze. You would think the only person in line you could get it right. Inside is closed for the pandemic. i had a very good experience at this krispy kreme yesterday morning. first off, you can see the donuts being made!! which is awesome! second, the workers are very nice, especially this one guy, he is very cool and has an extra pep in his step! third, they had an awesome variety of amazing donuts! they also had christmas themed boxes for your donuts!!! they did have a long line, but i didn't mind it! it was quick!! and while you were waiting you got to watch the donuts be made through a window. it was also very warm in there, perfect for how cold it was outside. and!!! they were taking safety precautions! they made sure that everyone had their masks on and were safely distanced. i absolutely loved this! and it was my first time having kirspy kreme!!! it was amazing. read more

My experience was just terrific! We went mid-morning on a Saturday and it was busy but not crazy, we got free donuts off the line, the store was mostly tidy, and the employees were friendly and helpful. The guy who rang us up didn't even hesitate to accommodate our request for a cup of ice over and above our drink selections. Keep up the good work! read more

My husband spied the "hot" sign last night and could not resist pulling for an evening snack. I should have been suspicious when he handed me the box and it wasn't hot. But I didn't say anything and we drove back to our condo. After pouring some milk we opened the box to find stale donuts. The glaze was not even visible having, I assume, soaked into the donuts.There were not even any tell tale signs of glaze on the box that you usually find when receiving FRESH donuts. My husband specifically ordered "hot fresh" glazed, if those were not available they should have turned off the light and told us. We will be back there today - to get a refund! read more

For some lawsuit purposes Houston is not allowed to have Krispy Kreme, I have them imported, smuggled from various places. So excited that I could get a hot donut, not. So it is 9 p.m. and having frozen at Legends, cappuccino and hot donuts would should thaw me out. Did not have high expectations on the cappuccino but I did on the donuts. Grateful to get some chocolate cake, did not want the plain old glazed, but got those anyway, maybe it was just too late in the day to wow. The staff at the drive thru super kind. Watch out for the hill going into the parking lot, you will easily trash a bumper if you are going too fast. read more

We were offered free samples while waiting in line, and the overall service was amazing. The prices are actually really decent, and we really enjoyed our experience overall. Only two comments would be it was a little crowded and with the awkward layout of the store it was difficult to see the options ahead of time, etc. But overall, great job! read more

Walked in and all 4 of us got free hot donuts. It was awesome! We contined to get one original glazed and four raspberry jelly filled donuts. Krispy Kreme has some of the best donuts we have ever had. 10/10 do reccomend. read more
