Positives: Newer, realatively clean. Negatives: I was here on a Sunday so it was busy, credit card machine did not work so I had to go get cash... twice (multiple people were irritated by this). No toilet paper in the women's restroom and no paper towels to dry your hands in either bathroom. EXPENSIVE! My dryer broke so that's why I came. I washed approx. 6 loads of laundry and dried 8 and it cost me $72! Also, it makes you put money pn a card so you DO NOT get change. Moral of the story... The washer was halfway through the run processes. It threw an error code and stopped. Door is locked with no way to get my stuff. There is absolutely no attendant phone number posted. The manager number we found for Emily was the wrong number. I have no way to get my clothes today. Going to have to leave them and call Kristy clean in the morning.... Don't go here. They want money up front before they do the job. When I asked why I should pay them when no work was done, and also what if I was dissatisfied with the work, they asked me to take my clothes and leave. Seriously, they did. What kind of business behaves in such a manner? From my observation, maybe it is because so many people are unhappy with their work that they want to get paid first. read more

Do not recommend this place go somewhere else. I didn't like that It makes you put your money on a laundry card that does not give you change back so you are left with a remaining balance, it's convenient I guess if you go often but for me this was a one time thing so now I'm left with money on the card that I will not use again. That is just there way to bank some extra money, it's so expensive too. And when I asked if I could get my change back they were so rude about it. I dropped off a Pendleton sweater and prepaid. When I went back to pick it up the young lady who worked there went to get it. She handed me the sweater and it was ruined! She felt awful and said the manager said to tell me it's not their fault, it had small holes to begin with and there is nothing they can do! This sweater was worn one time and I didn't notice any small holes. Prepay was not a good choice for me I was not only out a sweater but also the money to have it cleaned/ruined! read more

Unfortunately you can not be technical and have your machines down. If you are open 24 hours then your equipment should work. I came, there was two women with access to the office I asked for assistance they said they don't work here. Strange. Office hours say from 7:30-6 when I asked for assistance because once again the payment machine is down. HAVE A BACK UP. If your business sole purpose is to offer a service then provided one or train your staff on how to fix the machine. I'm not sure if this is a business practice so that ppl will use there wash service. Also they never answer the phone number they have posted to call with problems as well. Do NOT use their "dry" cleaning services. Ruined ties and that had been worn 1 to 2 times...out $250 worth of ties. Manager is argumentative and implies you lie when you indicate that the ties didn't not come to the cleaners with snags and torn seams. read more

I turned in a few items to be dry cleaned and they used safety pins and tags through the items leaving permanent damage. These items were expensive pieces of clothing, so my frustration was extremely high. They did this to a wool coat and a pure silk scarf. 10/10 would not recommend getting anything dry cleaned there. When I brought it up to the staff they said there was nothing they could do about it in the future as it was the only way they could tag clothes, I made a few suggestions and they kept repeating the same thing. I went here when new, great place but prices were a bit high. Went here beginning of covid, filthy, no cards to purchase for self serve machines. Had to buy a card from the customer who explains she stays there, in the recliner, with free TV and air conditioning. Called phone number several times on machine that dispenses cards, never got a call back after leaving messages. For 3 days called, finally got MaKayla, assuring us a manager would call, they haven't. By then we (the 2 that went to laundromat, not all of us) got covid. They don't wipe down machines, tables, anything. Sat 3 hours dropped off, watching everyone touch everything, no attendant. During covid, might be important to put out some effort. Also, my complaint was the first broken machine, then the next not spinning, ugh, so 1 load of laundry took forever and cost a fortune. No help still at making it right! read more

Very nice & clean laundromat. Washers and dryers seem new and well managed. Uses a prepaid card system instead of coins, which is good so you don't need quarters but not good if you don't use your balance on the card. Also a dry cleaner business with a drive through service. read more

I just came into town for graduate school and needed a place to do a load of laundry after several days on the road. I found Krispy Clean after searching for laundromats on Google, and even though another laundromat is closer to my new apartment, I decided to try this place because it looked pretty snappy on the website. They exceeded all my expectations. All washers are either high-capacity or super-high-capacity (from $3.95 to $6.95 per load) and a dry cycle costs $1.95 for 30 minutes. My whole basket fit in the $3.95 machine and one dry cycle dried it all so I was out for less than $6.00 in less than an hour. Even if you're the type who likes to wait until you're out of clothes before doing laundry, I figure you can use the largest machine and still get out for about 11 bucks just as quickly. The owner and staff are both very friendly, and I felt very welcome. The interior amenities are also quite nice. I was able to sit down in a recliner and use their WiFi on my laptop while my laundry was going. They have a TV with remote available if that's how you prefer to spend the wait. Even though the apartment complex I'll be moving into next week has a laundry room in each building, I think I'll still come here because it's faster, easier, and probably won't have any lines for the machines. Outstanding place to do your laundry and dry cleaning. Extremely clean and the lounging areas to wait around are very comfortable. I like the entire feel and system of this place. We're living out of a hotel right now until our house is done. So we will definitely be coming back to do our laundry here. read more

This laundry presents it's self well, but I found out under the nice exterior is lousy over priced equipment, rude unavailable management! My clothes were locked in one of their washers! That was way over priced to begin with. I was in town visiting my son at K State. It was really cold and the one coat I had with me got a drink spilt on it. I went to the Krispy clean laundry to wash it. The cheapest washer was $3.45. Then it would not stop. It was washing my clothes for an hour and half. I called the management to tell them. They remember not to use fabric softener and to use "free & clear" detergent and to use only cold water with my laundry and the fold it! I'm glad this place exists because I have no washer and dryer in my building. They do a good job. read more

This laundromat is super clean and welcoming. I have never seen a laundromat that even comes close to Krispy Clean! The staff is very charming and helpful and the environment is inviting and comfortable. They make doing laundry fun! read more
