I believe she was the owner. But I brought it in on a Tuesday afternoon, and it was ready the next morning! Super efficient and neat work, as well as a great price! I'm not one to need many alterations for my clothing, so I'm not sure what they usually run. But she only charged me $5 for a big rip in my coat! It took me about 1 minute to drop off my shoes and get an explanation from them about suede leather. A couple days later I picked them up for $15 and they were as good as new. Being from a big city and having been to multiple shoe repair shops, I can honestly say this was the best experience by far. Very impressed.
