She even talked us away from one house we wanted to offer on which is good in my opinion, that's why you hire someone with industry experience, so we really appreciated that it wasn't just ablut closing a deal. We had specific requirements so after looking for about a month, she ended up finding us a beautiful house in Tempe before it hit the market and negotiated with the seller to work out a deal.
