This place has terrible customer service. Hubby and I came here to get our International License's. The process to get them were simple with the help of the Daenner Transportation Office handing us instructions and information on what we needed to do and how. We got there and were in and out in about 15 minutes which is great, but like I said, customer service sucks. When you come here you need to have your application, German License, secondary identification, and pictures. When my husband went up, she picked a picture he wasn't too fond of and asked if the female could use the other one. At first she ignored him and so I asked for him when she asked me for my papers, she looked at him and he repeated his request, she rudely said that all the pictures were the same and refused to use another picture. She basically ignored him and kept going. In my opinion, these licenses are OUR identification's, IF we want to use a specific picture we should be ABLE to chose what photo we want, especially if they're in accordance with their specifications. To get the picture I wanted, I had to scratch out the faces with a permanent marker to make them unusable, so if you're going here and have pictures on the photo fix that you don't want to use, make sure you cut out the one you want or scratch out the ones you hate because these people will NOT let you chose, and they will be SUPER rude about it. German's I tell you, some really dislike Americans just like the peach that helped us. read more
