You come in, explain what you need and within a few weeks you receive your stuff. Coming here was painless and they really took care of us. Almost every person here is has incredible customer service skills, they make you feel at ease and get you everything you could possibly need to live here in this 220 voltage country. When they came and delivered our goods they were very professional and were in and out in less than 45 minutes. At the time, we didn't realize we requested a microwave so they took it back. A couple weeks later, the microwave we had ended up breaking. I called FMO to request the one they had initially tried to give us and that process was incredibly painless as well! I gave Jessica our information, she plugged into the system the microwave, and after 5 minutes she told me I could pick it up! When I went over, they gave me the microwave and bam, after 5 minutes of being there, got it and left. If there's any part of our in-processing that was great, FMO had to have been the most accommodating, stressless part we've dealt with throughout this entire move. Thank you, FMO! You guys are AWESOME!

You can see the black scorch marks where the castle burned and Frankenstein fell five stories when the floors collapsed inside the main castle structure. Wild approach through a tiny tunnel. Easy to miss the access point. Looks like you can't get up there but you can! Long healthy hike up hill that will make you feel great when you reach the castle on top. Goats run out to greet you as you walk up the hill. Park at the front of the church. Then start walking. One of the most exciting experiences you will ever have!

Schloßberghöhlen is Europe's largest sandstone caves…read more As part of the Hohensalzburg Castle - we were advised there are something like 10-12 levels that were once used primarily for defense. During World War II the townsfolk used the caves for protection against air raids. In more modern times, the caves were used as banquet halls and for raves.......recognizing the potential hazard to the structural walls ( as they are only sandstone & one can scrape sediment away w/ one's fingers ) the site was closed off and is currently being turned into an educational / tourist destination Layers of mineral deposits show where this was once all underwater from the swirls in the pattern of red & tan layers They prefer guided tours - hardhats are issued at check in & you can reserve tour guides who speak a variety of languages We walked around the 1 level they currently have open - there are large buttons along the way which will light up parts of the cave & showcase various points of interest. We saw roots from trees on top of the mountain we were currently under; the "Throne Room" with its huge, cavernous rotunda; and a banquet hall that still had a large wooden table in it - must have been where they held their events. Overall, a nice excursion & if you're in the area, worth a visit

27/10/2021 Serene…read more Beautiful. Peaceful. It was pretty empty on this crisp, fall morning. The sound of water can be heard throughout the property and makes it so easy to relax here. You can hear the traffic from the outside street at times but the sound of the water helps to drown the city noise. It was 5,50 EU per adult. Not sure about children. They do have a snack shop that was open that sold daifuku "good luck" Mochi and rice balls. There were other things but those two delicacies looked delicious.

The attention to detail is amazing, from the landscaping and water features to the plant selection and how the paths wind up and down the area. Beautiful place to spend a lunch. It's slightly expensive for what it is, but still worth a visit every few months, especially when the seasons change. Highly recommended if you are in the area!!
