In walked Masuda and Nadia from Enchanted Events. I could immediately tell that the experience with them was going to be different than the other decorators I had dealt with. Masuda and Nadia came prepared with ideas based on the details I had given them when I requested a quote. They had done their research prior to meeting with me and went out of their way to make it a productive meeting. I knew immediately that I was in good hands. Their professionalism was impeccable: I could always count on them to follow up and follow through. Their flexibility was greatly helpful: they were able to recommend lower budget options and still maintain the style I wanted. Earlier this month, on the day of the wedding, they executed our plans perfectly and were able to improvise beautifully on some unforeseen details. I received many compliments on how elegant and intimate of an atmosphere we had at our wedding reception, which was exactly the atmosphere I wanted to create. Finding Enchanted Events was the greatest stress-reliever during wedding planning. Their professionalism reassured me that the decor was in good hands and allowed me to focus on the more important things.

One thing we quickly realized was that the Osprey's had excellent customer service. Every question we had was answered quickly. Vanessa was very friendly, professional, and easy to work with. Even with the follow up questions we had after our tour, Vanessa responded to our emails quickly. Once we were about 45 days away from the wedding, we were paired with Tori, who was our Event Director. When we met with Tori, she was very friendly and helpful. One thing that we found helpful was the timeline template they provided us with. It helped us plan out our reception details with ease. One thing to note was that the Osprey's provides a list of preferred vendors to work with, such as DJ's, caterers etc. Their preferred list was a God send! We ended up hiring 2 of their preferred vendors and so happy we did! The day of our wedding was PERFECT. Everything we planned and wanted actually happened. I received so many compliments about the venue and my wedding and I was so happy our guests truly enjoyed it. Tori did a fantastic job as our event director and made sure we followed the timeline and kept things moving with ease. While the day flew by, we simply had an amazing wedding. This planner is the worst I ever, the reception halls wasn't finished, the wedding party and some of the guest helped to get it ready.
