Trailer blowout on 57. Started to jack up and Mike McG. from Kreager Towing strongly advised us to get off the busy highway and he'd help change the tire. He just happened to be driving behind us. Pulled into the next driveway instead and he followed with his truck, and, true to his word, hoisted the trailer up and helped change the tire. So thankful for Mike and he charged us nothing, just said pass it along! read more

this towing I recently wasn't an accident a month ago and my car was hit really bad. I had to pay $300 at the accident scene to get my car home or they were impound it so I paid $300 to get my car home and four days later maybe three days later I had my car picked back up from the same tow company, and it was actually the same driver and had them tow my car to the dealership and they stole my key fob. They are claiming they don't have it. They never gave it to the dealership the dealership don't have it so they screwed me out of $300 because they wanted to steal somebody's key to their car and they threw trash in my car and tore up my seat covers. I would not recommend this place. read more

My vehicle was stolen, hence the police coming to my residence to let me know it was found & had been towed to this place. The officer gave me his word that if by chance the car wasn't totalled that I wouldn't be charged anything to retrieve it from the tow truck yard they chose to have it towed to: kreager towing. My mother & I came there earlier today to have a look & basically the car is in the same shape it was in before it was stolen, not great shape but in shape enough to drive out of there & put the experience behind me. The guy I talked with said there's a charge of nearly four-hundred dollars for the requests of the officers to have it towed there for the night & turned me away as soon as I told him I don't have it to pay. The only thing I want is my property returned to me in good faith, from an ethical establishment that understands life & karma work both ways. I am an innocent victim with respect to this experience here & don't deserve to have this kind of cruelty & heartlessness in return for having wronged absolutely no one in the process. Where's the golden rule of do unto others the way you'd have them do unto you? read more

Bay City 10/2025 Jon B. #31 went above and beyond to help me with what turned out to be an electrical problem on a handicap chair that turns in to and out of the vehicle. This saved me having to tow it to the shop as I was not able to shut the door and drive the vehicle to the shop myself. I was still charged for the call out but this was definitely worth it. He was so helpful and an asset to this garage! Thank you! read more

Brain Y #32 came through when my car had died at midnight. Within minutes got it up and running while also getting to the scene in minutes. Very Fast and efficient read more

My son's dirt bike was stolen this weekend from our garage and reported stolen, I found out it was at kreagers the same day I discovered that it was missing. Went to claim it on that Saturday and was told I'd have to wait until the police station opened on Monday so I met the police there on Monday and was told I had to pay 460.00 to get my stolen property back when I said I couldn't afford to pay it, I was told by the manager that he has bills too. I also attempted to talk with someone above him and ended up talking to the dispatcher at the 844 number and not only was she extremely rude but she refused to allow me to speak with anyone above her after telling me that the price is the price regardless of the situation and refusing to give me a name or number to speak with anybody above her. 1000% do not recommend dealing with these people. read more

This place is horrible. All they care about is money. They charged me for a tow and never even came. Go with Mikes towing. They actually care about the customer and not just looking for money. And the customer service is amazing. Run away from this place!! read more

Brian was by far the most amazing road side assistant you could ever ask for!! He personally went above and beyond to help us!! Words cannot express how wonderful he was! Life changing! The world needs more people like him! This company is lucky to have him as an asset !! Pay it forward read more

This has been by far the worst experience of price gouging and rude behavior I have ever encountered. Insult to injury is there business. The original driver who showed up when I rolled my vehicle was awesome but get to the yard they were rude and harsh. After I paid $650 they wanted another $125 to pull it 13 miles. I called Best towing and they came to get me from the Kreager yard and only wanted $84. If you have a choice don't choose Kreager. Worst. read more

Thad was great. Our battery died in a parking ramp and another towing company was unable to help because of that. Thad arrived promptly, determined to get our battery jumped quickly. He even had several backup plans. He was courteous, friendly and not at all grumpy about coming out on a frigid Sunday morning. Very grateful! read more

Liars! These are very bad people. Do not do business with this company. They lied about their fees and billed me 900 for a simple towing/wrecker service! Stay away! read more

Joe is always scanner jumping and stealing calls from other wrecker services. It's very poor business shame on him and you for letting him do that. read more

Be very careful using this company - called for a jump for a dead battery for elderly parents and was sold a new battery instead for a 2016 leased car that's still under factory bumper to bumper warranty. Definitely took advantage of the situation because they even informed them that batteries come with a 3 year warranty. read more

If I could give this less than one star, I would. Literally the worst costumer service. I was given an estimated time of 45 minutes for roadside assistance. After an hour, I called just to check in. I have never been talked to so rudely from a company. They told me I was "not their priority" and they would get to me eventually. I asked them for updates via phone call if they would be running late and they said no because it would be too much work. I will NEVER use them again. It took them over an hour and 45 minutes. Worst. Service. Ever. read more

Was broke down on 75 today and they were there in 20 minutes to get us. They towed us off the freeway, and even tried to help get our car started again. The driver was very nice and helped us in every way that he could. I would definitely recommend their company to anyone in the area. Thanks so much read more
