Bay City 10/2025 Jon B. #31 went above and beyond to help me with what turned out to be an electrical problem on a handicap chair that turns in to and out of the vehicle. This saved me having to tow it to the shop as I was not able to shut the door and drive the vehicle to the shop myself. I was still charged for the call out but this was definitely worth it. My son's dirt bike was stolen this weekend from our garage and reported stolen, I found out it was at kreagers the same day I discovered that it was missing. Went to claim it on that Saturday and was told I'd have to wait until the police station opened on Monday so I met the police there on Monday and was told I had to pay 460.00 to get my stolen property back when I said I couldn't afford to pay it, I was told by the manager that he has bills too. I also attempted to talk with someone above him and ended up talking to the dispatcher at the 844 number and not only was she extremely rude but she refused to allow me to speak with anyone above her after telling me that the price is the price regardless of the situation and refusing to give me a name or number to speak with anybody above her. 1000% do not recommend dealing with these people. read more

They charged 50 $/day for bicycle storage after it got impounded by sheriff dept in saginaw county.It cost me 725 $ to get it back.Money scam. Bicycle storage for that much?When I told them that is wrong in my opinion they didn't like it and call the Carlton police .Stay away from them Mike's towing is much better. read more

This has been by far the worst experience of price gouging and rude behavior I have ever encountered. Insult to injury is there business. The original driver who showed up when I rolled my vehicle was awesome but get to the yard they were rude and harsh. After I paid $650 they wanted another $125 to pull it 13 miles. I called Best towing and they came to get me from the Kreager yard and only wanted $84. If you have a choice don't choose Kreager. Worst. read more

Thad was great. Our battery died in a parking ramp and another towing company was unable to help because of that. Thad arrived promptly, determined to get our battery jumped quickly. He even had several backup plans. He was courteous, friendly and not at all grumpy about coming out on a frigid Sunday morning. Very grateful! read more

Be very careful using this company - called for a jump for a dead battery for elderly parents and was sold a new battery instead for a 2016 leased car that's still under factory bumper to bumper warranty. Definitely took advantage of the situation because they even informed them that batteries come with a 3 year warranty. read more

If I could give this less than one star, I would. Literally the worst costumer service. I was given an estimated time of 45 minutes for roadside assistance. After an hour, I called just to check in. I have never been talked to so rudely from a company. They told me I was "not their priority" and they would get to me eventually. I asked them for updates via phone call if they would be running late and they said no because it would be too much work. I will NEVER use them again. It took them over an hour and 45 minutes. Worst. Was broke down on 75 today and they were there in 20 minutes to get us. They towed us off the freeway, and even tried to help get our car started again.
