Highly professional outfit, which can be rare for auto mechanics. Everything is computerized and organized, they interface with your insurance directly, and my car was done in a week, and at the exact time and date they told me -- a minor miracle for auto repair! They even washed my car and wiped down the inside! The office was clean and organized, the reception person was great at her job and was more than happy to help out understanding insurance stuff, and my car looks good as new. The truck was un-drivable and the truck was towed to Zimmerman's. I called my regular repair shop and was told they couldn't get it in for 2 months. I started working with Keith at LZE. Keith assured me the shop did excellent work and promised to work with the insurance company to get OEM parts. He also understood I couldn't drive the truck and got it in the shop right away.
