I can't believe they got the stain out of my hallway…read more Seriously. I can't believe it. I don't know what they did (I wasn't there- my husband handled it and he isn't known for paying attention to such things), but I'm sure it involved witchcraft. It had to. Magic of some sort. Chanting, at the very least. My carpet is SPOTLESS. We're talking about a lake property that has seen kids walking in and out, in and out, in and out...mud, BBQ sauce, beer (from my husband, not the kids), you name it. There was a spot the size of a small mammal right smack in the middle of my hallway and I was ready to chuck the whole thing and buy a new house, but then these guys came in with their fancy whatnot and BAM! It's gone. I'm amazed. Overjoyed. Humbled. In all seriousness- they did a fantastic job. No harsh chemical scents, it dried fairly quickly, they were efficient and professional. I highly recommend them for carpet cleaning!

Another TOTALLY HAPPY customer of Nature's Care Chem-Dry here! Marcus runs his business with…read moreextreme professionalism from start to finish. Response time to my inquiry was within minutes of my initial call, we set up an appointment time and Marcus and his crew showed up as expected and worked thoroughly and efficiently to help restore some very light-colored carpeting to look as good as it did the day it was installed. I added a very dirty and worn throw rug in an entry way that honestly, I had little hope for, but because of its cost and unusual size and shape, for the nominal charge quoted, I figured why not give it a try? So glad I did as that rug turned out looking as good as the rest of the carpeting! If you are in need of carpet cleaning or just want to freshen up your home for spring cleaning, give Marcus at Nature's Care Chem-Dry a call, you won't be disappointed!

As a long time devoted customer to this local business, it breaks my heart to have to say that I…read morewill no longer be patronizing this business. Every single appliance in my home right down to my DVD players has been purchased from this establishment. A few years back in Feb of 2015 I purchased a TV (plasma) for $699.00. We brought the tv home only to find out that what by sight ( plastic banding and taped close box) was actually a USED TV After opening the box we could only tell it was used because the plastic packaging that contained the batteries and remote had been opened and the batteries were in the remote. At which time I notified Silica that I was aware of this and they rectified the situation by adding the extended warranty at no cost to me (only because they sold me a USED TV as NEW! Flash forward to 2 weeks ago 4/17 today. The tv malfunctioned and we took it back, UNDER WARRANTY, to Silica TV to have it fixed or replaced, and on Saturday of this past week I spoke with Luke and was notified that the part to fix the tv was on its way and would arrive on Tuesday (yesterday)! Today we are told that the warranty company is not going to fix the tv and would be getting in contact with me in the next 2 days to discuss the PRORATED replacement money they will be providing. In a nutshell, I WILL NEVER BUY A SINGLE PRODUCT FROM THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN! So angry right now.
