Every time one of their guys have come to my house, they've been nothing but nice, and always taken the time to explain to me plainly about what's going on. Even the answering service was very nice to me! I've called them out for small issues before, but I went with them for replacing my water and sewer lines to my house. My house is 60 years old, and I'm pretty sure my lines are just as old. I was actually surprised they were the cheapest quote (one local company quoted me $200 more, while another it was $1,000 more!), and if it had been anyone else I would've been worried about the quality of the work. However, they performed the job in a timely manner that day, I had much better water pressure when I got off work, and they even contacted the city to let them know the sewer line under the street was about to go at any minute. Yeah, my neighbors owe me big time. Superior Services is fantastic and will be the only company I will call from now on for my home maintenance needs.

I dropped to my knees because I didn't know where I was gonna be able to get money from to be able to afford a whole new air-conditioning system so if you want a company that works for you and with you, this is the company I will choose for the rest of my life. The AC quit working in less than 24 hours. We called them back and they stated it was another leak and we had to pay for that repair also. They failed to properly diagnose the issue the first time and did not stand by their work. We felt like the initial service was incomplete and we were misled regarding the scope of the problem. I politely asked him several times "Hey how's it going" who he was with and if it was his vehicle. He never said anything. He argued that he was not parked in front of my home. I know this is trivial, but I was just wanting to know who they were. Parking is a premium in my neighborhood as I own several vehicles (I just moved one that day or they would have not been able to park there) crime is also up in our area. Questions? Why was he wasting time walking materials across the street to the construction site and not parked there? There was more than plenty of parking. He was blocking my and neighbors mail box also. He did not need to start off angry and defensive. Very nasty!
