We are going on our fifth visit from them due to the fact that they haven't fixed the issue the last four times they were at our house. We are having problems with our water heater not staying lit. Through the process, not only have they not fixed the issue, but have lied to us about the issue and what they turned into our home warranty company. Last time this occurred, I called there office and spoke to a woman who answered the phone that didn't seem very concerned that they are making continuous trips to our house on a monthly basis to fix the same issue. I admit I lost my temper but at this point I am not sure who wouldn't. Cold showers have a tendency to do that. I was asked "Do you want us to come out and fix it or not?" Every time we have to call them out it takes 4-5 days for them to come out and last time it took them a week to fix the issue on top of the 4-5 days. Worst company and customer service I have ever had the experience to deal with. I will update once we see if they actually fix the issue this time. Fifth time is a charm right?

Stay clear of this company and the plumber named Joshua. He violated the company's values and lacked the gumption, integrity and professionalism to give my home warranty company a cause as to my water faucet issue when it was obviously caused by corrosion due to the hard water in Angelo. The plumber told my wife and I the cause of my sink failure was corrosion but he told the home warranty representative that my wife had tore off the water faucet which was a downright lie. He wavered on the cause of my sinks failure numerous times. And when I called Mr Rooters to elevate my complaint, the company lacked the professional courtesy to call me back. If they can treat a disabled vet in such a manner, then it makes me wonder how they treat other members of our community. I also had to take 4 hours off from work only to have my home warranty send a second plumbing company to diagnose his incompetence. Mr Rooters need to visit the Wizard of Oz: they need a heart, courage and a brain!

The AC quit working in less than 24 hours. We called them back and they stated it was another leak and we had to pay for that repair also. They failed to properly diagnose the issue the first time and did not stand by their work. We felt like the initial service was incomplete and we were misled regarding the scope of the problem. So we are out of 1,800 and we still do not have a fixed AC.

This owner and company was great to work with. Our unfortunate experience was having to deal with…read moreChoice Home Warranty in the mix. This is essentially the ONLY contractor around that will deal with this warranty company (and for good reason we learned). Choice kept trying to persuade us to "get it fixed, then get reimbursed" by Choice. Luckily, one of our friends was in the middle of a dispute with Choice trying to get reimbursed for months, so we refused that option. It took Choice almost a month to assign someone to repair our AC in over 100 degree weather. We would post requests on the Choice messaging site almost daily, they would be removed. We were told by Choice appointments had been made then cancelled by Cocina (once we had Cocina's name and contact info things became much clearer). Cocina had not made an appointment, it was Choice blaming Cocina, trying to get us to go the "reimbursement" route. We started sharing messages that Choice was sending us, with Cocina - it was amazing. The deceit involved with Choice was unbelievable. They would delete any of our messages complaining about how long of time it's been to fix our repair, or that we were suffering in over 100 degree heat for weeks. I kept screen shots of everything and then the next day our comments would be deleted. Once Cocina was on it, and we were communicating directly with them, our repair/replacement went smoothly. I feel bad for these guys that they are getting a bad rap when Choice is in the background manipulating things. We had an excellent experience with Cocina and wouldn't hesitate to use them directly for AC repairs!
