I have never even seen his wife. two of my neighbors have seen her and left the practice. The office manager told me I was lying. Not only was the receptionist warm and friendly upon check in... she even assured me she could call Aspen to grab my chart and rads. Although I have been a client for about 18 years, I am amazed how they stay on top of the most recent dental technology and introduce it into their practice. I had a tooth removed and needed an implant but due to bone loss, my jaw bone was too weak to support it. I was amazed that they could generate new bone and structural integity in the intended area of the implant with a scaffold and matrix application into where my tooth was removed. Now we wait 3 or 4 months for my jaw to regenerate the new bone.

I reluctantly agreed and they proceeded to have great difficulty removing the tooth. I was then told, in a blunt and cavalier way, that it looked like I had oral cancer, needed a biopsy, and also needed to have every single tooth capped! Needless to say, this was devastating to hear. Being relatively new to Delaware, I drove four hours to my previous and trusted dentist, who told me how unprofessional this was and that there are many steps to go through before a biopsy is done. He said that it looked like I merely had a small infection on my gum. He prescribed an oral rinse, which completely healed the small white spot on my gum. He also said there were a couple teeth that MAY need caps sometime in the future but that overall my teeth were in excellent condition. I really wish I could sue these incompetents for putting me through all this. Clearly, they are interested only in how much money they can bilk you out of. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS!!!
