I would gladly work with them again if I ever need this type of service.

So let's start with the car. I had a chip which lead to a long crack in my windshield. I looked on Yelp and got recommendations from NextDoor and everyone recommended Central Valley Glass. Pablo came out to my house and replaced the windshield quickly and efficiently. Next car issue- my back passenger window was shattered (thank god for window tint that held it up all the way from Bakersfield!) Pablo came out and again, 5 star service! No tiny sliver of broken glass left behind. Finally- they do home windows also! Pablo fixed two of up and down sliding windows that weren't working and replaced a whole window on the second floor. Each time he arrived when he said he would, was friendly, answered any questions I had, and made sure all windows were sparkling clean. If you need any windows replaced, don't think twice, Pablo is your guy!

After completing the work, he also spends additional time thoroughly cleaning the vehicle, which reflects his commitment to both quality and customer satisfaction. He has tinted my vehicles three times so far, and I plan to continue working with him in the future. Each time the tint has turned out excellent, and I've been very pleased with the results.

This review is not a reflection of him, just wanted to let Yelp community know what happened in my case. Important to note I've had prior interior detailing done on my car at other places, and it's never looked like this after taking it in anywhere. The last time I had this done it literally was like a new car, even with a new car smell that lasted MONTHS! Interior Detailing: After inspecting the car I thought the seat stains were for the most part out, so I left. I figured it was better than before for the price I paid, which was like less than 50% what you pay in Bay Area (note that I inspected on a hot sunny day, so pretty bright outside). I figured at least someone cleaned it for me and I'd try to take out the stains myself later as I know it can be done. There was no car wash, no car deodorizer, and to be honest I'm not even sure what was used to clean the dashboard because there was no smell of anything. A few days later all the stains came back with a vengeance, and I felt super ripped off as a female as I now have to go spend money again to get it cleaned how it was supposed to. I don't have any pets, or kids, and literally just had some drive-thru food spills. The backseat was also still dirty, and that didn't even have food stains, just dirt/sand. The only thing that got cleaned or seemed much better were the carpet areas. After calling other places and telling them my experience, it seems like it boils down to the equipment being used. In this case it was not the type to do a professional deep steam cleaning, at least not on car upholstery. A coworker had asked me about my car as I was super excited to get it cleaned locally, but I seriously wouldn't take it back nor try again to get it cleaned if offered.

During a recent trip from SoCal to San Francisco on the I-5, the tire pressure system from our…read morerental alerted us of low pressure. We pulled into the closest gas station to fill the tire with air thinking it was a simple fix. However, when we left the gas station and resumed our trip, the tire pressure monitoring system threw another light and we saw the tire pressure on the dash go from 32 PSI to 26 PSI in a matter seconds. I had my wife look up the closest tire shop, and we found Bruce's Tire. I called them while we were driving there to see if we needed to make an appt. and the guy that picked up the phone told us to just drop by. I forgot the name of the guy that helped me but he was really easy to work with. I told him I called earlier regarding a flat and he immediately had a mechanic take off the tire for inspection. Turns out there was a nail in the sidewall and couldn't be patched. I was under the impression that I was going to pay for the tire replacement. But it turns out, because it was a rental from Enterprise, he was able to get it covered 100%. We were in and out of there no more than 30 minutes. These guys are terrific and I recommend them 100%.

We had an emergency oil leak while driving from Los Angeles to San Francisco, about two hours outside of SF. We were not going to make it. We put in 5 quarts of oil just to keep the car going and barely made it to a Valvoline, but they couldn't fix the issue. At that point, we were stressed, running out of options, and preparing to tow the car more than 120 miles from Los Baños. By the grace of God, my partner found Precision Emissions Auto Repair. He called, and they told us to come in. On a Sunday, when we had been told no one was open, that alone felt like a miracle. We pulled in with oil still leaking, and from the moment we arrived, they took care of us. Steven, Joseph, and Jesse were kind, calm, and incredibly professional. They quickly diagnosed the issue as a damaged VVT-i oil line hose and got to work right away. What really stood out was how much they cared. They were supposed to close at 4 PM, but stayed more than two hours late just to make sure our car was safe and we could get back on the road. That meant a lot to us. They also made sure we were okay while we waited. They brought us inside, let us sit in the AC on a hot day, and even offered water and snacks. It may seem small, but in that moment it meant everything. Coming from LA and SF, we can honestly say this was the best service we've ever received. The fact that they showed up for us like this on a busy Sunday made it even more special. If you're anywhere nearby and need a mechanic you can trust, this is the place. Good people, great work, and genuine care. We're truly grateful.
