We had an emergency oil leak while driving from Los Angeles to San Francisco, about two hours outside of SF. We were not going to make it.
We put in 5 quarts of oil just to keep the car going and barely made it to a Valvoline, but they couldn't fix the issue. At that point, we were stressed, running out of options, and preparing to tow the car more than 120 miles from Los Baños.
By the grace of God, my partner found Precision Emissions Auto Repair. He called, and they told us to come in. On a Sunday, when we had been told no one was open, that alone felt like a miracle.
We pulled in with oil still leaking, and from the moment we arrived, they took care of us. Steven, Joseph, and Jesse were kind, calm, and incredibly professional. They quickly diagnosed the issue as a damaged VVT-i oil line hose and got to work right away.
What really stood out was how much they cared. They were supposed to close at 4 PM, but stayed more than two hours late just to make sure our car was safe and we could get back on the road. That meant a lot to us.
They also made sure we were okay while we waited. They brought us inside, let us sit in the AC on a hot day, and even offered water and snacks. It may seem small, but in that moment it meant everything.
Coming from LA and SF, we can honestly say this was the best service we've ever received. The fact that they showed up for us like this on a busy Sunday made it even more special.
