Cristina is so patient explaining how pottery works and encourages you to be playful with what you create. Adam is also very helpful offering any advice, together they make a great team. The attention to detail does not go unnoticed, and they make everyone feel welcomed (this is very important because I understand it can be scary/intimidating to try new things! they put any fears to ease) Luckily I had the opportunity to glaze a few of my pieces, which is worth the money! I was so pleasantly surprised how quickly my pottery was fired, considering how long the process can take from start to finish. I have been to multiple OCISLY events, but one of my favorite memories was crafting matching swan coffee mugs with my partner. It was so fun to do side-by-side while surrounded by creative energy and good vibes. We cherish these mugs and pull them out often smiling at the subtle unique imperfections that make each one beautiful. Thank you to OCISLY for an amazing memory that will last for years & years. We look forward to many more clay dates!

Detail attention = Success…read more When I came to Letterheads, I was immediately impressed by the cleanliness, quality of production, and mostly a very knowledgeable industry professional. As I was pressed for time, I presented Maria my contact card design. She did not try to sell me some 1000 number of cards. Instead she pointed the way to a very fine, elegant product. I must say that I rarely see business cards that are worth preserving because of the lack of presentation and quality. In all under 30 minutes, not only did I have a finalized product under production, but I got to know the history behind Letterheads. In all honesty, I cannot fully express the magnitude of quality in a product that I got from this privately owned print shop. The end result of course was a broad lineup of industry colleagues and potential clients asking me for a contact card. i have received requests to design contact cards for professional friends who will in turn consult with Maria at Letterheads to attain that edge. Thank you Maria, I am happy to have called Letterheads. I recommend this business to anyone looking for a printing service that goes beyond the standard franchise.

Their website shows that they…read moreclose at 6pm, so it was odd that when I got there at 5:20pm, they were fully closed and no one answered their phone. Fine, whatever, they have a dropbox outside and I left my roll there and called back the next morning to confirm. I was surprised when they then tried to charge me an additional $2.50 for the privilege of having my scans emailed to me. I asked if I could just have them put on a USB drive when I picked up my film and they said no and that there was no other way for me to receive the scans. Essentially they were forcing me to pay an additional $2.50 than was listed. As this absurd charge for emailing scans is not listed on their website or order form, so I had no way of knowing that they would charge me that when I dropped off my film. After some back and forth with the person who answered the phone she reluctantly agreed to waive the email charge and noted that "no one else has tried to fight it"--good for me, I guess, for being the first customer to call out non-sense charges that were never agreed to. When I called back a day later to confirm when it would be ready, Randy picked up the phone and, like many other reviewers have noted, was not the least bit helpful and seemed annoyed that he had to speak to customers. When I arrived to pick up the film, they had thrown the loose film in a paper envelope, instead of putting it in a sheet or film canister, so the film had been getting crushed and wrinkled, sitting underneath their other orders. At this point, I was just hoping the scans were OK. Wrong again. Complete trash. Despite describing their basic scans as 5MB scans on their website, each of my photos was around 1MB, which is just about the worst quality scan you can produce at home, much less for $19.00 from a professional. Take your film somewhere else where your business and film are valued.
