She tends to go the backway to treat someone instead of applying the knowledge she should have available to her and get to the bottom of any problems. My goodness she doesn't even want to give cough medicine with codeine in it as she believes you will become addicted to it. Her mannerisms, knowledge, patient care are all to be extremely lacking. Stephanie is so kind, compassionate and adept. She offers a multitude of services from general healthcare to alternative practices (acupuncture, needling, etc). I love her holistic healing approach and that she speaks my language (meaning she hears what I say and knows how to take care of me!) And then there's Mariah. She is an amazing physical therapist and so patient with me when I forget to do my list of "chores" (ie: exercises). She has been working me over (in a good way!) on a regular basis for some time now. She's spunky and fun (who thought PT could be fun?!). Then my Dr calls me a week later to tell me he got some results, but he only got 1 lab result out of the 17 that were ordered. Again, maybe a mishap. I can overlook that. My problem is when I called to find out why my Dr wasn't getting all of the results, I got attitude from the woman on the line. That's where I have the problem and hence the stars in my review. I did nothing wrong. Nor did my doctor. But to give me attitude because I'm asking where the results are (that you incorrectly billed me $1000 for) is ridiculous. Please enlighten me on what I did wrong to deserve attitude. Don't worry, I'll wait.

I was checked in efficiently by friendly front office folks, and did not have to wait past my scheduled appointment time to be ushered to an exam room. My new doctor took her time going over my information and history, never rushing me or treating me as an annoyance, and by the time I left we had outlined a plan and settled on referrals to follow up on my needs. As an adult, I did not want a family practice doctor as my PCP, by choosing an internist I am not forced to sit in a waiting room full of sick kids or littered with toys and such. She is a highly skilled surgeon with a great bedside manner. At my first appointment Dr Bridges reviewed my MRI results with me, pointing out the pictures showing the source of my pain. and outlined the treatment options to correct the problem. She went over the surgical procedure she recommended, explaining the risks, the expected outcome, and what I could expect after the surgery. Dr Bridges fully explained the recovery and rehabilitation process and the timeline to full recovery. She listened to my questions and made sure I completely understood the surgery and what I could expect at every step of my recovery. In the end her skillful surgical repair of my spine not only relieved my pain but also improved my quality of life. I'll be forever grateful for the care I received from Dr Bridges.
