HoppyKidz showed up 30 minutes late and took calls to set up other events while everyone waited. After they left, the non-commercial-grade popcorn machine failed utterly, we called them but they offered to bring a replacement ONE HOUR before the last party was scheduled to end. When we told them we shouldn't be expected to pay the full rate, they offered to give me a coupon for my next rental. When I said why would I ever rent from them again, she said "good luck finding another company that will rent for cheaper." Customer service was non-existent, and their fallback excuse when they refused to budge on the price was that they are a small company. If you're looking for fair treatment, DO NOT USE HOPPYKIDZ!
