Fedex confirmed that they have dropped off the shipment to Milleville ,PA on 09/02/15 Christopher is the person who answered the phone the first time I contacted them. John is the person who sent out the Fedex label. Now there is no response from anyone. Paypal wants me to file a complaint against them through http://www.ic3.gov/complaint/default.aspx? I hope that is not necessary and this is a legit company. I will delete this review and provide a positive review if they return my Hard Drive back. Thank you. 9/16/15 Update They responded via email saying they will ship out my hard drive and that they were closed but so far its been a week and I still don't have my hard drive back. 1. Paypal has put in a dispute/claim against them 2. FedEx has created a "Intent to Fraud case #" 3. Both FedEx and Paypal has asked me to contact the police and file a complain. 4. The Milleville,PA Police department has asked me to contact the Attorney Generals office. 5. My local Police department is sending over a deputy to take down my statement 6. I also contact the two other reviewers on this site for "CareITPA" and they have not responded back. The lady's picture is a generic picture if you google that image. Very suspicious recommendations. All parties are treating this very seriously as a "Intent to Fraud" via the Internet and many people realize how valuable personal/company information is to people. Will continue to update till this is resolved or I get back my Hard Drive back.
