Cute shop filled with various K-pop/Korean related kawaii items. I'll be honest and feel so ancient saying this but I'm absolutely clueless when it comes to K-pop, Line and other characters a little knowledge but that's about it lol! Located on the lower level of the Target wing is turning into a Korean section with BTS Pop-up, Pink Box, Face Shop and Health Korea (which has amazing foot massager) all places I frequent so the convenience is nice. Shop is filled with various merchandise but is quite tiny and with no limitations I felt uncomfortable so left and will return another day. Thank you!! read more

They are located on the 2nd level of the mall, right next to one of the entrances of Target. Per my friend, store opened last Saturday. Their Instagram account is kpopfriendshawaii. Kpop merchandise include calendar, keychain, photo card, and Funko Pop Dynamite BTS for not all members. There is only 1 item of calendar, keychain, music cd, and photo cards per kpop group. Kpop group include Astro, BTS, Enhyphen, Twice, and other groups. Per employee, 1 pack lomo photo card for BTS is $12.00. Some merchandise doesn't have prices. read more

Loved it in here! I happen to be walking by and spotted some BTS gear and figured I'd take a stroll. They have some official merchandise, but most of it looks like it's made by a third party and sold in this store. I purchased some BTS playing cards and they're absolutely adorable! Cute BTS items are located in this store but not authentic of course. Not all products have prices either. I got two posters and a pack of JK stickers (my bias) the total was $16. The store is quite small and it's overcrowded with lots of k-pop inspired merch. The female cashier stared at me all the way until I checked out. Even when she was scanning my items she was staring at me. She was just ... weird. Talking to her friends that came but not the customers. The whole experience was just extremely uncomfortable! There was a lanyard that said "Kim Nam Jun"??? Whose that??? I literally said "Uhh that's not how his name is spelled." She replied and said that's the English translation. Why are you translating a Korean name that is from Korea? Just because BTS is known in the US doesn't mean you change THEIR Korean name. It makes zero sense. read more

My kid's are into BTS so when we found this little shop in Ala Moana near target, they were pretty excited. Our first visit was flawless, a younger female helped us when I had questions about an item my daughter wanted and the cashier was friendly. Our next several visits, however, turned extremely awkward. An older woman with glasses has been in the store. She will follow customers around and stare at them from 3 feet away. Today we left the store within a couple of minutes completely turned off by the customer service. We ended up at Pink Box across and stayed in there for almost an hour. read more

The staff here are so friendly and make each visit enjoyable. I stop by in both locations once in awhile as I noticed that sometimes, one location has more items than the other. One of the workers, Princess, is somehow almost always at both locations (in a good way) and is always willing to help. She's super knowledgeable and really loves to accommodate customers! She definitely knows her stuff, even with the older gen groups like shinee. They are all super friendly and I love coming back here. I don't usually write reviews but if you're hesitating to check the store out for some reason, just do it! All the staff will help you and even give great suggestions for gifts for both friends and yourself. I always feel welcome here. I was excited to visit this new K-pop store but was disappointed at how expensive things were. The lady working was very nice and polite. Things were neat and organized, but just too high for my budget. For example, a BTS funko pop was $45! You can buy the same thing from Barnes & Noble for $9.99. They had a cute BTS t-shirt for $37 but all in size large. They had lots of photo cards $12 and I think a dark charcoal BTS bucket hat for $45 or $54. Either way, it was expensive. The store is small so the selection isn't huge. I'm hoping Ncat doesn't have similar prices or I'll have to shop elsewhere for my K-pop fix. read more

i went here twice, with my younger sister! this store is no disappointment at all, i bought ready to be (by twice) album & oddinary (stray kids album), i love them so much! not going to lie, this is my favorite store in ala moana. staff are so so SO nice and fun! the first time i went, i was nervous so i didn't say anything much, i just asked for the prices for FIVE DIFFERENT ALBUMS the staff did not get annoyed at all! she helped me look at them, then finally i realized how much of a fool i was because the price was on a sticker behind the albums!! ‍ the second time was much better though, the second i was way less nervous and made a conversation with one of the staff! she was really nice, she asked me which group's album i was looking for. i told her i was looking for stray kids albums, she told me that they only had the oddinary album (red and blue). i was a little disappointed because i wanted to buy five star (i mean i get why they didn't have it because i went the second day after the release, that was a little stupid of me ). she told me they'd probably have it next week! i bought the oddinary album anyway because i came to ala moana just to buy an album at their store, and i didn't want to leave empty handed. overall, great store! read more
