I have sent 4 or 5 messages on Instagram now trying to find a solution but I have gotten no…read moreresponse. I was in about a week & a half ago for a brow shaping, lamination, & tint (a service I have gotten numerous times at another location with zero issues). I got the text that the esthetician was ready so I went inside to check in. I see her walking in after me & I still waited another 10 mins for my appointment. There was not much small talk which was fine, the only thing she kept asking was if my skin was burning - something that had never been asked during any of the other times I've had this service. She also did not trim the brow hairs so they were completely uneven. I got home & followed the proper aftercare (didn't get them wet for 48 hours, no products, etc.). I noticed one brow was completely different. One looked great, the other side looked like nothing had been done. The hairs were barely relaxed, they were not sitting as they should. Most of them had a weird kink to them. I reached out right away to rectify the issue with no response. It got worse after sleeping on them. Overall I am extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service from this location & I will definitely not be back.

This is my honest review of this establishment. To start I'd like to say, I really really wanted to…read morelike this place. I'm not normally someone who leaves negative reviews... but from the very first time I walked into this business I had nothing but the most horrible service. From the lash techs, to the receptionist...just utter disappointment. The very first appointment I had at this salon, I walked in at 5 pm and walked out at 8:30 pm. The appointment was supposed to be for a hour. After about two and a half hours the tech working on me left the room and grabbed another tech who then rushed to finish my lashes. I could tell she rushed because one eye was noticeably fuller than the other. I didn't complain because my initial tech looked flustered. However I was never apologized to for the delay nor offered an explanation. When I got home I started to feel a burning in my right eye. I found out I was scratched by the tape used during the appointment. This took four days to heal. After the initial appointment I noticed my eyelashes were not filled in on the corners of my eyelids.. but I assumed it was due to her running over on time. After about three days I noticed I lost sooo many lashes (even after following their care guidelines) At my next fill appointment I was given a new tech. Again with no explanation at all. Cool. The fill I received didn't leave my lashes looking full at all. That's fine, I made another appointment. I came back in a week for a mini fill. By the time I got to my car after this appointment I lost 5 lashes...this was on top of again having a fill leave my lashes not even full looking. After two days I already noticed my lashes becoming very thin. I had an appointment for another fill (for my monthly credit since I signed up for the membership) for two weeks and when I came in I was told my lashes were too thin and she wouldn't give me the fill that they had already charged me for. When I asked to speak to a manager I was then told that they didn't have a manager on staff that day and to try again next week... basically I was scammed. They take your money and in return you get crummy lashes that maybe last three days before falling out almost completely...and the fills you get don't even give you a full look to begin with. Summary: All around horrible service. Lashes don't stay on for more than a few days. Fills aren't even enough to fill your whole eyelid (they never seem to fill the corners). Definitely don't sign up for the membership because once they have your money, you're screwed if anything goes wrong because they don't care. They won't do anything to help. Can't even reach a manager if something were to go wrong. I honestly feel they do crappy jobs on fills so you're forced to come back more often and spend more money. Once they have your money they don't give you what you paid for! Stay away ladies. These lashes are not cheap and there are much better places to go and get your money's worth!! I have gone to salons in Valpo where I could go three weeks before needing a fill. At amazing lash studio you're gunna need a fill once a week. I do not recommend this salon to anyone. Edit: I uploaded a picture of what my lashes look like today (6/1/19) I had a fill two weeks ago on 5/18:19. This is what you'll get for your money here.

I had to give them my credit card when I made the appointment a few days earlier. I am handicapped and had to wait 1/2 hr before going to station. The girls had an attitude from the get go. My husband mentioned this also, as he dropped me off. The stylist started by telling me they couldn't do my color and I'd have to come back for a consultation by someone more qualified. This was a waste of my time and because I had been a hair dresser I knew what she was telling me was bullshit. All and all when the stylist said she would cut my hair, I declined and got out of there. Not to step forward with t word in there again. Beware

I immediately knew I didn't like them and started panicking about how I was going to last my whole trip with them. I tried making an appointment with a corporate lash studio here in Orland Park to get them off but when I showed up they told me I had to wait at least a week to get them removed. I was heart broken bc I was so eager to be rid of them, and I decided to see if I could find somewhere else that would help. I found Bridget and she saved the day! She was not only kind and understanding, but she got the extensions off no problem and with no damage to my real lashes. The best!

I'd previously posted a review but deleted it, as the owner was upset. In the spirit of writing a…read more"softer review", I'm re-writing it. The only motive I have writing this review (or any) is because I'm a Yelper! Yelp helps consumers make decisions. Here's the deal: Bridget does a great job and is a very caring person. Perhaps if you request a more natural look, you can avoid the results that I experienced. I had my lashes done here for about 10 months. We typically did the volume lash, C-D curl. A volume lash is where a few extensions are layered, resulting in a very beautiful dimensional look. 1 issue with this, is that I'd have to come in frequently for fills. If one little chunk fell out, I'd have a significant gap in my lash line. Biggest issue: I found that my extensions were eventually falling out quicker because my own lashes weakened and were compromised by the weight of the extensions (especially volume lashes). As I've said before, adhering anything false to your lashes is going to compromise them. Sometimes before my fill appts, I'd catch a glimpse of my natural lash. Red flags started going up when I could see my lashes were little pip squeaks underneath. NOW, if you use latisse simultaneously.. this may not be a problem for those who plan to just get extensions done the rest of their lives. But I felt like, hey I get no-chip 95% of the time, but if I didn't want to do it one month or couldn't afford to...at least there's an OPTION to take them off and not have the nails all wonked out. So THEN, I decided to give my lashes a breather. Let the extensions fall off naturally. I planned to do this temporarily and return to Bridget as I loved the extensions. Then: dread set in as I discovered my natural lashes were now very, very short. After a couples months of latisse, they bounced back (thank God). When I got married, I went to a different lash salon for a new set. We chose extensions that were compatible to the weight of my own lashes, to prevent lash loss (or shortening the length of) which is what I experienced at Lash Addict. We chose to do 1 extension to 1 lash. I also liked that my new salon was very sanitary, cleaned them, always used eye pads etc. I was shocked when my fills were now a solid every 3 weeks (never any earlier). I'm not saying that Bridget isn't capable of this. Maybe it's the glue? Who knows, just giving my 2 cents as a past client.
