I find ALL groceries here higher than the other grocery stores in Martin, TN. Even E.W's sale prices are slightly higher than the regular price of the same or similar item at a store in Martin. If money is no object and you don't mind paying more, than it would be an ok store to shop. If you need a drink and he's in the way, he will not move. He's also come into the store cussing, yelling, and threatening the other workers while the place is full of customers. I've had gas pumps keep running on me even though I've let go of the trigger and the place did not try to correct it or compensate me. There was an instance where some tobacco products that have been laid out on display for years were refused to be sold by a new worker there because the items "were not in inventory." There are car washes on the side but none of them regularly work. You may get one to work on a given week. In the winter, they're all dead and broken. There are times I've come here just to get gas and had to wait until a street fight by the pumps finished. Often in these cases, the cops aren't called until someone's been bloodied pretty good. I've seen two people bounce off the concrete within a 2 year period, and again, this is by the gas pumps. This place is a blight on this town and it needs to be condemned. To get rid of it would make our town a little safer, and a little nice looking too.
