They have a very good system here, ensuring everyone interested gets a turn. Everyone seemed friendly, respectful, and there to have a fun time playing the sport. No one seemed overly competitive/combative and everyone was cool when a stray ball inevitably crossed a court mid-play. While I don't play pickleball all that often, I definitely consider this court one of the best outdoor courts I've played on. Oh and the views... wow!!! Where else can you play a sport in the city and enjoy such awesome waterfront views?! Even the skyscrapers above are gorgeous to look at as well. 5-stars in my book, through and through!

There is a lot to love about Court 16 in Brooklyn…read more 1. First and foremost, the staff. They are amazing, kind, and attentive. My son and I felt comfortable the moment we walked in. We went there for an event and the staff ensured everyone was taken care of and had a wonderful time. 2. The location. The courts are located on the 4th floor of City Point and what makes that cool is you can explore shopping, food, and movies before or after your tennis session, all within the same building. We did just that and it added to the experience. 3. The cleanliness of the facility. Everything from the courts to the restrooms were top notch. 4. The trainers. We got to meet and work with a couple of different trainers. They were engaging, warm, and could clearly teach any level. I have been playing tennis for years and still walked away learning something new. I love when that happens. Thank you to everyone @ Court 16 - Brooklyn for being amazing. The cushioning is elite, which is a massive win for your knees if you're playing a long two-hour session. * The Vibe: The design is industrial-chic but warm. Between the lounge areas and the bar, it's the kind of place where you actually want to hang out after your game rather than just packing up and heading for the door. * Serious Play: While it's very welcoming to beginners, you'll find some of the most competitive play in NYC here.
