Soon hereafter I was notified that the cleaning was done. I was emailed a copy of the receipt from the sellers as proof. Well, I went in the home soon after and the home had not been cleaned. It was in the exact condition it was in when I did my last walk thru before the cleaning and my closing. It was still dusty, and dirty. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

She made sure she had enough time and supplies and spent 10+ hours scrubbing this place from top to bottom- and on top of that came back the next day because she wanted to try a new product on a particularly difficult section of the floors. Brought tears to my mothers eyes when she saw all the work that went into this! Would recommend 100x over. Wish we could rate her even higher. I had several different cleaning professionals over the years and some were great, others were not. I referred my family members to them and by doing so, they couldn't keep track of my cleaning and that of my family members. I contacted them by phone numerous times and they just couldn't understand what was going on. After several different issues recently, I told them I would like my last cleaning(supposed to be in two days) to be my last. They cancelled the cleaning without any explanation. When I called to inquire, they said they have to take care of "family" first, meaning clients that are continuing their service with them. Being a loyal client for years means nothing to them.

Mopsi Cleaning is the worst! At first the owner seemed very professional, answered all my…read morequestions, and gave me a fair price. When it was time to do the job, again seemed like everything I was looking for. That could not be further from the truth. They were able to come to the house a day I had to work, so I had someone else, that I fully trust, meet them. She said they started off in the master bedroom and bath and was in those two rooms for about two and a half hours and was doing a good job. When they got to the living areas of the house, the two women only dusted a few things, swept the kitchen floor and left with the money. What I did not know, because they requested cash, my husband had left the $320 on the kitchen counter. My guess is, they found the money and split. I say it's my guess because the owner of this so-called cleaning company will not return my calls or text. They were supposed to do a whole house deep clean, they barely scratched the surface.
