It was like I was looking at my parents as 20 somethings. When my parents saw themselves from 50 years ago they were impressed. They had huge smiles on their faces through out the dinner. My mom even said she could not stop looking at how good they looked. Nish and Shah are two of the most amazing people to do business with because of how they care for their customer. They talk to you and hear you on what you want and do it for a price where both parties are happy. Called the day after, same thing... they said they would get some out and never did. After Being told the last time I called that there would definitely be someone available to do a site visit they bailed AGAIN!!!! The excuse was that everyone had an unexpected trip to Charlotte and wouldn't be able to help. Really sad to see such an awesome brand be tainted by such poor service and communication from this franchise.
