Products line the walls and tables to allow customers to try them out before purchasing. I went to the check in greeter and let her know of my appointment to pick up my case and case strap for my new device that I would receive the next day. I sat and waited for an available team associate for about 10 mins and he checked me in and was super polite , friendly and funny. He grabbed my products and asked if I'd like it set up for me but my phone was being shipped the next day so there was no need. We chatted a bit more and he assisted my friend with a purchase of an Apple Watch, while I tested out the display products. Everyone there was so helpful, attentive and knowledgeable. I love visiting the Apple Store. I'm overdue for a visit again lol. Parking out in the lot as this store is at Lenox mall. You can valet or park for free in the lot.

I left without the MacBook after an hour or so because there was no direct support from the staff. The genius bar was basically a couple of apple store employees trying to assist well over a dozen people; rotating between them. There was certainly no one on one support but for maybe 30 seconds at a time. Perhaps my expectations were too high, or I was led to believe there would be a short 'sit down' with someone to help me log in and familiarize myself with the product. The MacBook was almost $2k plus monthly subscriptions. I had a terrible experience. It really is disappointing because I still need a new laptop and was absolutely looking forward to this new MacBook. Shame on them for providing the exact opposite experience that many others enjoyed. They even stated that my 14 day return window started the day I placed the order and already had 13 days on the clock, so 1 day to evaluate. I would have left with the MacBook and tried to book an online session or returned to the store again with a 2nd appointment to get setup assistance but the team lead said he could extend that window but could not offer anything written, only a verbal 'I got you'. The employee then called a male employee over who told me, "This is why we have IDs." I understand it is store policy and they are doing their job, but they spoke to me in a very rude and dismissive manner. I could see the difference in the way they treated other customers compared to me. Since the issue was my name not matching, I asked if I could quickly login to change my pickup name, which would take less than a few minutes. They told me that no the store was closing soon and I could either call Apple support to change it and come back tomorrow or cancel the order, repurchase it and pick it up another day. That honestly made no sense to me that I had to do everything in such a roundabout manner because me logging in to do a name change would take less than a few minutes and there was still a solid 30-40 minutes before the store closes. I just had a simple order pickup, and it just felt like they did not want to deal with me. I changed my name on the pickup order anyway, and another employee noticed what was happening and asked if I needed help. They checked that my name matched and helped me with my order. From the time I changed my name to receiving my item, the entire process took less than five minutes, and I still left 20-30 minutes before closing. Had the first two employees helped me rather than being rude and dismissive, everything would've been resolved faster. My issue was not the employees reinforcing the store's policy but how they spoke to me in a really rude and dismissive tone. Instead of giving me a proper solution, that took less than 5 minutes, they essentially just wanted to shoo me out of the store while treating me like a nuisance. And like I said there was still a solid 30-40 minutes before closing, I did not come in 5 minutes before closing or anything like that. I want to thank the employee who stepped in and helped me. Unfortunately, I did not get their name, but I am grateful they took the time to help me resolve my predicament. I will still be coming back because of that employee, but I hope this is an isolated experience and not a consistent concern.

I have duplicate and triplicate invoices printed with sequential numbering and called to complain about the legibility of second and third copies. I had 2,000 copies printed (over $500 if I remember correctly) and apparently they printed numbers that we have already used as well as printed illegible numbers. This company is the only company I have ever used so why would they print the same numbers twice? Frustrated by guessing at invoices numbers, I called to ask what could be done. I was informed that they use a third party for numbering and the vendor advised them that this is a common problem and they can't guarantee the numbering won't be smudged. What?? I advise you to keep your $ and find a company with integrity.
