But when you don't reply to people, and you make people chase you to give you their business, it shows a lack of hustle and desire, and ineptitude. So there's definitely something wrong here. If you want to chase people and beg them to take your business, this might be a good company for you. I had a very urgent problem, I would've at least appreciated a yes or no on their desire to take the business. I instead took it elsewhere and got almost immediate feedback and a fix.
