Did not receive any response. I starting sending multiple emails & voice messages. They did not respond until I threatened to leave a bad review. I was told they were backed up & it would have to wait until fall. At this point, other painters I reached out to were not accepting new work, so I tried to be patient/understanding & said I'll wait. It's Sept 23rd, I emailed one final time to get on the schedule & was told again they are too busy. Why would they take new business when they have existing signed contracts?! Now I'm stuck with no painter & probably won't be able to get this done until next Spring! That's bad business! There's a lot of painters out there, I'm sorry I trusted this one!

I highly recommend Gary as he was so thorough. Gary removed some old wallpaper, prepped and prepared the walls and ceiling for new paint, changed a light fixture, serviced the ceiling fan, and left the site spotless, as expected. He will be returning for one minor touch-up area we noticed after he left. I received three quotes for this bathroom project, and although Gary wasn't the cheapest, he was very fair with material pricing, timing of project etc. I'm glad I chose him! You won't be sorry if you hire Restore WNY. I've included some before and after photos.

JRB's owner John is a professional in the truest meaning of the word. Efficient, timely and honest…read more He's well supported by Justin and Eli, et al. Equally important is that they're genuine Buffalo, good-neighbor types. My wife and I were trying to paint the exterior of our house on Hoyt Street Aztec brick -- an orange. After application to much of the facade, John contacted me while I was in Ithaca to advise against the color and he sent photos. Ultimately John made a recommendation to a beautiful gray/green. He saved the house from turning into a pumpkin. A week later we started to paint my principal residence a vinyl safe green. After the facade was done we realized we didn't like it. Again we had him switch to the gray/green. He could have jacked up the price in either situation to make more money, but instead he only charged the cost of more paint and a few bucks to cover his guys time. That's how it's supposed to be, but not always how it is. If you don't have to use somebody else, don't.
