Once the service had cleaned our plates, it just disappeared. We sat there for another hour - as you do in Germany - and they did not even ask if we cared for anything else. I would understand if the place was packed - but at this particular time, two-thirds of the tables were vacant. They did not even bother to bring the check - we had to find someone to pay. Sorry, as much as I love your place, if I had to pick a place where to go today, I'd rather risk checking out any new place than going again. And again, this comes from a customer who has been at least 100 times in the last 30 years.
