This is a rather sad review for me to have to write. We stopped here for the McCafe. The staff and coffee products we ordered were excellent. The place was German clean and of new design. What could have been a four or five star review must fall to one because my ailing wife, along with her rickety 84 year old mother, decided to use the toilet after drinking the aforementioned brew. I went to the car and waited. When they finally rejoined me they told a story of literally being funneled through turnstiles like Disneyland and charged seventy cents, per person, per pee. That's almost a buck and a half for two old broads to piss! Now to be fair, you get a 50 cent rebate off your McOrder, reducing the cost of individual urine elimination to only twenty cents per bladder, but that assumes you haven't already ordered and paid. Perhaps they could have gone back to the counter girl where we bought the coffee and negotiated that dollar back? Suffice to say that neither of them is in the best physical condition and neither felt compelled to navigate the store or the transaction. Instead, they got back in the car and told me this tale. Shame on you McDonalds for charging customers access to a toilet. Is there no end to the humiliation to which you will go to despoil the good name of such an avowed American institution? What next?
