Shortly thereafter Dr. Hyer retired. In the year and a half since then they have not hired a practitioner who is able to perform the surgery. Despite repeated attempts to receive a refund I am told various reasons why they just can't get around to it. For example the office manager is not authorized, or the owner has to approve it, or they have to check the records, etc. This is been going on for months. In my opinion it is unethical and unprofessional to take a patients money for a particular service, then fail to provide the service, and then fail to address the return of the deposit.

I have very high standards. Dr. Mishler did a crown and he exceeded my high standards. My husband is afraid of dentists, but Dr. Mishler has a very calming presence (he is so good with children!!), my husband was able to relax while several of his Mercury filings were replaced in 1 visit. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I called several times to speak with a manager and despite leaving messages with people and on voicemail, the manager never responded. I just got calls from the front desk asking to be paid. When I told them that I was changing dentists and wanted to leave with no bills they said I was squared up -owed nothing. Months later they called me about a payment that they found I owed. I could go on and on, but not worth any more of my time. This place is overpriced and unprofessional.

He then proceeded to try to force them into her mouth and grind away at the denture and the molars on them with a Dremel tool trying to make them fit. They still didn't come close to fit, and because of the Dr. shoving them into her mouth she developed a growth that she had to get surgery to remove. He was then supposed to refund the entire amount of the dentures so she could go get them done somewhere else. It has been 3.5 years and he has not refunded the full cost. My wife has no dentures and now needs another surgery because of his negligence and wrongdoing. Do not go to him for anything. He will do you more harm than good. Because he never refunded the money, insurance will not help her get new ones. At the end of five years she is eligible for new ones and we are pretty sure he is trying to get away with this and keep the money.

When I made the appointment. They were concerned as to whether I was in pain or not. I let them know I wasn't in pain but it was uncomfortable. I went in for my appointment and from the front office to the Dentist, Dr. Lehneis and the two assistants, Rachel and Kang were all so professional, knowledgeable and kind. The whole time, they were concerned as to whether I was uncomfortable or feeling pain in anyway. Also, the cost was not as much as I expected it to be. I liked that he was even more into the mountains than I was, and that he also knew what he was doing but, even more importantly: was a good communicator. Adam is great at explaining the science and theory behind everything going on with your teeth, and will tell you how much you can expect to pay out of pocket, and even if you should or should not get a procedure. There are no obnoxious scare-tactics or hard-sells here! (a reason I've left dentists in the past) It had been 5 years since I had had a dental visit. And, rather than guilt-trip me, Adam used a data-driven approach based on x-rays and inspection (rather than heresay as at some other Dentists in town) to decide what I needed to make up for this lapse. I needed some pretty extensive scraping, but they helped me break it down into parts. We are really good about getting in every six months for cleanings, so we see them at least twice a year. I had an emergency procedure done at one point and most recently a couple of poorly seated crowns replaced. Dr. P and his staff are so polite, gentle and patient! During the procedure, I had an asthma attack that scared me a bit, but they were super fast to take care of me, grabbing my inhaler out of my purse and gave me some time to recouperate before getting after it again. They do their best to make an uncomfortable experience as pleasant as possible... Netflix, Hulu, Disney+... heated massage chairs... weighted blankets... it's pretty darn comfortable! Brenna has been my hygienist this year and I wouldn't trade her!! She's ridiculously sweet and so very gentle! Before you know it, you're done and ready to go! When we booked appointments for next summer, I reiterated to her that I wanted to be with her. I'm big on the relationships built with my healthcare providers. I know some don't care, my husband is good with anyone in the office and in reality, I'm okay with it too; but I really like having someone to look forward to seeing every six months!
