The port-a potty's are outsourced by a third party so I wasn't dealing with just Warsaw party rental when they got delivered to the incorrect location not my error. Then the leaving of employees day before wedding while setting up tent. Yes the employees just left for 5 hours and to top it off didn't have the correct equipment and weren't doing the job right. Supervisor did show up to finish where then I was told the lights I ordered I'd have to climb a ladder and string myself ummm excuse I'm 8 months pregnant not happening was never told that. After $100 more he agreed to do it but talk about lack of transparency and communication when booking. Then there was me attempting to get draping quote for three months straight and no one to return nor answer questions. Last minute I was told maybe we have enough then yeah sure we do but you'll have to do it yourself. I added the draping ( at a discount myself but wish I didn't) the draping was basically little curtains to cover side poles nothing in the middle to actually drape. It made no difference for about $500 it was wasted money not recommended. I dealt with multiple people from this establishment and each time I was surely surprised at how much more lack of ownership and care was received. They truly made my wedding day a hectic one and stressful for the lack of service. I worried if the tent would stay, if the work will get done correctly and on time, if the items will arrive to the event location and even had issues with pick up. I was quoted a Sunday/Monday and nope wasn't picked up on those days. I'm new to the area and really wanted a reliable establishment for all rental needs but this place isn't it which saddens me because in the end the husband tried but so much damage was already done and so much lack of sympathy from all parties involved. I wanted to have a go to rental place but reliability is key and this place lacked the main fundamentals for providing good service.
