I've worked with Jenna and the staff on several occasions and they are always kind, helpful, and professional. Sisters is up to date on the latest bridal trends and carries a wonderful variety of sample dresses and dresses to order; I love the designers they carry! When choosing dresses for a photoshoot, it was hard to pick just one. Jenna was so helpful in picking several dresses of different styles. I 100% recommend Sisters Bridal Boutique!

I then went there in March and they pinned me for my alteration (just a bustle and 1/2" on bust needed). On that day the OWNER told me to call in at the beginning of May to schedule my FINAL dress fitting, she told me the alteration would be done by then. I then called on May 5th and scheduled my FINAL DRESS FITTING for May 10th at 1:00pm. May 10th rolls around so I get in my car and head that way (an hour drive) I then get a call at 11:30 saying MY DRESS WAS OVERLOOKED FOR 2 months and they won't have the alteration done until May 24th (my wedding is June 7th). This was clearly unacceptable! How do you overlook a customers dress for TWO MONTHS!? After I made it very very clear that waiting until the 24th was unacceptable, my dress was then done by May 15th. On May 16th my mom went and picked up my dress and brought it to me. MY DRESS WAS THEN 2 SIZES TO SMALL!!!!!! Plus the bustle was halfway up my back and falling off! At this point I was livid and took my dress to a different sew shop who fixed it to fit perfectly! During this entire fiasco the OWNER WOULD NOT EVEN TAKE MY CALLS!! Also the seamstress Cindy CUT THE FABRIC out of the "alteration" she attempted to do. I would NEVER wish this boutique on my worst enemy. I would not recommend going to this boutique if you are looking for a one of a kind amazing wedding dress, unless you want to be stressed and upset 1 month before your wedding because your dress does not even fit!

We had been at another Bridal Boutique prior that day but my daughter-in-love wasn't really sure about any of the dresses. So I suggested stopping at Touma's. I called after leaving the other bridal store to see if she could squeeze us in after our lunch. She said sure. We head and immediately Kiersten saw several gowns she liked. We started to pick them out and they got a room set up for her. I don't remember how many dresses in but it wasn't many she found "THE ONE"! The one is decided on was brand new release and gorgeous. The only thing the dress didn't have was an open back which she had wanted. The owner told her she could change it and they could cut the back out and make it exactly as she wanted it. She also gave a discount on the new release dress (they were having a bridal sale at the time) and she said that they wouldn't have to charge a rush fee but let us know it would get in probably near the end of July without a rush fee. We were good with that as the other boutique it was several hundred dollars for a rush and they said it would have to be ordered as a rush job. So this dress was almost half the price as other store. Plus, all the bridesmaids were able to order their dresses at Touma's and received a discount since the entire bridal party was purchasing there. Dresses arrived like she said in July. The alterations were affordable and done beautifully. The back of Kiersten's dress was cut out exactly as she liked...it was stunning. I also got the Mother-of-the groom dress at Touma's from their prom collection and couldn't have been more happy. I also had it altered...it was perfect! I can't recommend Touma's enough. Great quality, family-owned business and does beautiful alterations. Highly Recommend.

I decided to go to Touma's first because they carried Maggie Sottero gowns. We walked in without an appointment and had no problems getting right in (it was a Tuesday at 11 am). I had no clue what I would end up with and told the consultant a few things I did not want. She pulled dresses as did I. We then went into the fitting room. The dresses I was trying on were not in great shape. The only dresses that seemed to be clean and not torn were two brand new ones that we took off manikins. I liked the first dress I tried on and she immediately wanted to put on accessories. I did not want to do that until I knew which gown I liked the most. I felt like she was pressuring me into that gown. I liked a couple of my first dresses and then the rest were so similar and not good on me at all! The consultant wanted me to keep trying them on. I was getting very worn out and wanted to put the two on that I liked! We finally got to the last two and we put a veil on. She then started adding accessories without asking what I wanted. I just felt overwhelmed and like I had lost control of what I wanted. She repeated to me many times that I was in the best hands at this store. I just felt so pressured! They had a 20% off sale going on so I felt like I needed to make a decision soon. So did she. We left without making a purchase and I did end up buying a different dress back where I live. I also found out that Touma's is priced high on their dresses compared to others (without the discount). My advice is to check around on prices if you can.

When they finally came in, much later than originally stated, they would not let me take the dresses stating that there was a rush charge on them. This didn't make any sense to me since I had ordered the dressed far before the date the manager/owner stated they would need to be ordered AND I hadn't authorized any rush charge. When I asked to see the receipt proving the charge was authorized I was told that there was no authorization but they "never would have authorized the charge without my okay". I also told them that when we had spoken on the phone months before (I was away at school) they had asked me specifically if I wanted to rush the dresses and I said "no". They said they had never been able to contact me via phone, a statement they continued to make even after I presented them with a phone bill proving I had spoken to the shop for over twenty minutes two days in a row. This was all the more confusing because they said both that 1) they never would have authorized such a charge without my okay and 2) that they were never able to get a hold of me (this left me asking; which was it is? Did you get a hold of me or not?). I even showed them the receipts the each of my bridesmaids had received when they ordered their dresses; the receipts say "paid in full" with nothing under additional charges. Because it was so close to the wedding and I had no time to go to court (I am a law student so that was kind of my first reaction) I paid the over $300 rush charge so I could ship my dresses to my girls in time to be altered. I found out after the fact that the dresses were ordered weeks after the final girl had given her measurements. Additionally, when working through this I told the owner that I would be fine with splitting the cost. Although I knew the mistake was not on our end, I was just trying to be reasonable. The owner then told me "Listen, your girls used a Groupon on this order. I am not going to lose any more money on this. You have to pay or you don't get the dresses". This confused me because SHE was the person who put up the Groupon. Bottom line; the dresses were late, 20 days out from the wedding, the owner was mad about a Groupon she put up, and I had a over $300 unauthorized charge that I had to pay to get the dresses. Funny enough, I ran in to an employee from the store a few months later; I was not shocked when she said she had finally quit because she couldn't "watch women be hurt anymore" by the unprofessional business practices. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and they found that the charge was fraudulent. Be warned; do not go to this store.
