As a first time homeowner, it feels great to have found my "go-to" electrician…read more I chose Professional Electric based on the reviews I read here - and they were spot on - very professional, excellent service, and an incredibly quick response. Also, they showed up wearing masks, which was much appreciated. I called looking for help with a couple of minor electrical problems and Mark was at the house within an hour. I also appreciated his honest assessment (replace the light fixture, it's not worth fixing) and the price was beyond reasonable.

When they guys showed up they introduced themselves and made me feel comfortable about inviting people I didn't know into my home. They listened to the issues I was having, gave me a quick run down of the items it could be and immediately went to work. One began on the thermostat while the other went outside to look out there. Within just a few minutes they diagnosed the issue, corrected the problem, and ensured it was properly working. They offered great advice about how the entire system is looking to need replacing very soon based upon its age and condition. This was expected to hear so its not as if they are just trying to sell me on something that isn't needed. Absolutely outstanding company and people! If you don't give them a call, you'll just never be that cool...

RIPOFF ALERT: This company is looking to take advantage of their craft. Ciro, their "lead…read moretechnician" came out to my family's home to assess our A/C system and provide an estimate. After waiting a day from their initial assessment to "review cost of parts", they returned to our residence and quoted us a whopping $3,273.00 for the work. When I asked questions such as which parts needed to be repaired or what was the cost breakdown of parts/labor, Ciro could not provide an adequate response, became offended and told me I "crossed the line". Wow, really? The number $3,273 seems really precise but he could not tell me how he reached it. Bottom line is they saw my family in a dire situation but assumed we were not intelligent enough to ask the proper questions to understand the repair. But there is good news. We had a second company come out: Premiere Air Conditioning & Heating. They assessed the situation and even shared the part number that needed to be replaced. I tried to find the part at a better price and could not (because they have good suppliers and were not trying to up charge for the part). They were able to provide a cost breakdown between parts and labor for the job. We paid less than 1/3 (~$1000) for the job instead of $3,273. A majority of that cost was the parts. Believe me when I say, stay away from Trinity Home Services. They are looking to take advantage of you. You can read more about the great experience I had with Premiere Air Conditioning & Heating in my review there. UPDATED (8/22/19): Response to your comment on 8/19 below Ciro P. If you honestly feel that you are not trying to take advantage of clients than you should increase transparency. You should be able to provide a very basic breakdown of the "long term" work you are performing on behalf of your customer. You state you choose not to perform band-aid fixes but STILL have not sent me a summary of the issues you discovered that led you to your estimate. I did pay the inspection fee, at least I deserve that? The best answer I received from our discussion on the work you were performing was "we are taking this journey together". This leaves me with the impression that you are not confident in what needs to be repaired and are quoting steep to make it worth your while. Not the way to do business in my honest opinion. The conversation definitely felt one way and reminds me of other rip off conversations I have had with unscrupulous business men in the past.

Bellco was recommended to me by a trusted friend, and when I called them the morning after the storm, they were at my house 30 minutes later looking over the damage. The owner of the company, Ryan, was onsite himself and gave me a very fair estimate on replacing the burned-out panel with a new one. He explained all the options and advise on a couple of upgrades that I am very happy that I went with. The really great thing about their service that thrilled me the most was after Entergy had cut power to the house during the night, Bellco handled all the permits and communications to get my power back on with Entergy THE VERY SAME DAY. I went from a burned-out breaker panel with the power cut to the house to a beautiful new one installed and the power back on in less than one day. I think it is safe to say I will recommend Bellco to anyone who asks for a reliable and truly family-owned electrical company to work on their house.
