Absolutely, Incredibly rude and unprofessional. We wanted to spend €130000 with them and they refused not only to make a sale but actually hung up the phone before we could ask. Frau Kopp was the King pin on this one. She was not only rude on the phone but even rude by fax. At 1100 hrs a fax was sent to them requesting a quote for 1500 items. 4.5 hours later they replied with "We have sent your request to another partner." Of course in German. Now my quote for my business is post-poned for an entire day. To make it worse for them, when I called and asked for Hans-Jürgen Kopp, she hung up the phone. Never in my time in business have I dealt with such company that really did not want a customer's money. I encourage them to make a reply here because surely their reason must be REAL good.
I hope you all have better luck with them. It took only one phone call for me to decide to give the same business to their competitors. Hell I would have imported the items from China if I could avoid giving them my money. read more
