The concept was very different but much better than the US. You ARE able to use bills and coins. It took me a while to see where the bills are dispensed. But don't go to REWE across the street for coins. It is neither necessary nor appreciated (meaning they didn't like giving me all their coins). There's also a detergent and softener dispenser if needed. I love this idea and don't understand why the US hasn't figured this out. This facility is super clean, quiet and equipped with a coffee machine.

They do better than the on post alteration shops from what I heard. They also know how uniforms should fit and recommend honest feedback. For example, the other day my friend bought pants to get altered and when she brought them over to get fixed they told her she got the wrong size and told her what size she should get so that they fit her properly and so that she wouldn't waste money on extra alterations. I thought this was outstanding, they could've just charged her for the alterations she wanted done and made more money but they helped her and to me that showed great customer service, and shows that they're not just there to make money but to really help people. The first time I came here, I needed my dress pants (ASU's) cleaned and pressed. When I got them back they had more than one crease... I told him there can only be one crease and that it needed to get fixed. The second time I got it back, it had another crease! Total of three... The owner felt terrible and asked for one more try, the last time I came back for the pants, it had only once crease. I don't know what they did but they fixed it! They really aim to please, and to me, this shows they really do deserve a five star rating. When it comes to their job and customers, they put one hundred and ten percent into quality work and customer satisfaction. Also, they're prices are reasonable, some would say, fairly cheap! Can't beat that.

When I picked up my dresses I was happy with the presentation: fresh pressed, two hanging nicely from the shoulders and one folded over the hanger (though I prefer all to be folded over to prevent shoulder creases). Also they simply used wire hangers without the cardboard "fattener" which my regular dry cleaner in the US uses to minimize shoulder creases. The PROBLEM? I don't think the dresses were cleaned!! I am traveling and these dresses have been in a bag with my dirty clothes for a week- they had a weird smell to them- and they smelled the exact same when I picked them up!! So in all, I am not really sure what they did do. There was a bit of a communication issue because I unfortunately don't speak German and they don't speak English. Maybe they thought I only wanted my dresses pressed? Giving two stars - for the pressing and assuming they just didn't know what I was looking for.
