I used the Tailor Shop to alter my wedding dress. My dress was a mermaid fit but didn't hug the body. After the alterations, the dress was perfect and fit like a glove. They had me do two fittings before returning the dress to me on the date as promised. The cost of the dress plus alterations was a value of what the dress looked like it cost after the alterations. Absolutely horrific experience... this merchant is outrageously dishonest and offensive and will ruin your clothes and blame you! Be ware!! Use the cleaner on base. My wife's white down jacket was left for cleaning as the nature of white, it gets dirty easy. When we picked it up, it was stained light grey overall, not to mention it wasn't even cleaned properly. When we mentioned it to the cleaner, they started blaming us for the wrong doing and started yelling and screaming telling us to get out. Had to bring this issue to the MPs and Polizei to resolve it. Be warned, don't use this cleaner. read more

Stopped by this AM to drop off 3 items, the total was 12 Euros, so 4 Euros per item = reasonable prices. Also, the guy working the front desk was actually FRIENDLY and speaks good English! Plenty of parking available as they have an actual parking lot makes it easy to get to. Three days to get my order completed so they are reasonably fast as well. This tailor has proven reliable and professional on multiple occasions but unfortunately this last round was a very poor reflection on their service. An item for alteration was dropped off and agreements made for the changes. Upon pick up the item in question could not be located, and was found far from the rack of finished items. Inspection after they handed over the allegedly altered item revealed that the original agreed upon changes were not completed. Only the smallest of the agreed upon changes had been completed. The interior of the item in question was ripped open with the seam ripper and never closed again, indicative of the changes not being completed. If the item had been forgotten or overlooked for some reason, contact should have been made. I find it incredibly unethical and unprofessional that rather than admit the mistake and make the remainder of the changes, they handed over the item as though it were complete and nothing was wrong. read more
