Frau Kopp was the King pin on this one. She was not only rude on the phone but even rude by fax. At 1100 hrs a fax was sent to them requesting a quote for 1500 items. 4.5 hours later they replied with "We have sent your request to another partner." Of course in German. Now my quote for my business is post-poned for an entire day. To make it worse for them, when I called and asked for Hans-Jürgen Kopp, she hung up the phone. Never in my time in business have I dealt with such company that really did not want a customer's money. I encourage them to make a reply here because surely their reason must be REAL good. I hope you all have better luck with them. It took only one phone call for me to decide to give the same business to their competitors. Hell I would have imported the items from China if I could avoid giving them my money.
