The NCHP officer wouldn't budge on the 15mph over the speed limit either... but luckily, I came across Welborn Law Firm when googling traffic citation attorneys in Davie County... he was at the top of the search, and I see why! We scheduled a pre-call to determine the next steps, potential costs, etc. Jon was both very personable & knowledgeable, and he advised he'd likely be able to get it reduced to Improper Equipment, but no guarantees.
