I got the ticket July 2 & the court date was scheduled for September 6, and it was mandatory appearance (anything in NC over 80 is mandatory court). The NCHP officer wouldn't budge on the 15mph over the speed limit either... but luckily, I came across Welborn Law Firm when googling traffic citation attorneys in Davie County... he was at the top of the search, and I see why!
