She was very rude. She wouldn't even take $3000 cash or check. Said it had to be on credit card which I don't even own! She was very disorganized. I have heard mixed things about her. She needs to show a little compassion towards her clients.

I still remember how she stayed until 10:00 at night the second night I visited her in an attempt to get my paperwork filed in time. I had my son (who was just 4 at the time). She was patient, bought him pizza, and made sure he was comfortable while we worked. Her staff has always been warm, welcoming, and responsive when I have questions. I was never in the dark about my case. Mercedes's Office made my entire Chapter 13 process a breeze and put me in a position to be successful with the case. I highly recommend her office if you want a lawyer who is informed, patient, understanding, and dedicated to seeing you succeed.

No answered phone calls, always too busy, and when the time came when I really needed her to complete the separation agreement, it was done completely wrong. After that, I switched attorneys. This was after over $12,000 was spent, with no refund. One of the most frustrating experiences I have ever had to go through. She leans towards women clients, if this helps anyone out there.

Since we only used her mediator qualifications I can share that she was cheaper than an attorney!…read moreShe couldn't / wouldn't give attorney-level advice, I was stupid and represented myself. But having been divorced once prior, I had an inkling of a clue what to expect, but learned that the Napoli-antic code that Louisiana practice under its different from the Kings courts! To elaborate briefly, in LA, you appear in front of a "family court judge", yet in NC for instance, one "sues their spouse in criminal court! And it's treated pretty much as such! Side note: if a spouse is caught fooling around, they can sue, for damages, for loss of emotional support & get $$$ from the cheating b$&ch as well!

I highly recommend them to assist with your needs. They are very up front, honest and will fight for you! Emily's attention to detail is extremely valuable. She was very responsive as we emailed back and forth throughout the process. Lincoln is a very candid realist and helped me think outside the box several times throughout the process. I can now enjoy my new life with the relief of knowing that I chose the best team to assist me through this difficult time. I won custody of my children, was awarded child support and settled the arrears and equitable distribution cases in the most efficient manner possible thanks to the guidance of Lincoln. My defendant was especially difficult to deal with, yet Lincoln stuck by me until the end. The team also worked efficiently, and I was charged very fairly. Thanks so much!!

In a nutshell, the attorney, Daniel A. Jenkins, considered mom incompetent and would not move forward but failed to call and tell us. In the meantime a sales rep called to see if they could take my money since they could not move forward with her. This place definitely has an "ambulance chaser" feel. On a good note, Trisha Nelms, Receptionist, was so sweet to my mother, the times we visited. I thank her for that. Also, Cara Brown, Office Manager, has her stuff together. I could tell just from talking to her for 20 minutes. I hope Cara finds another job with a stellar organization because she's too good for this place.

Our state laws are different than those in NC and that made the whole issue even worse. After speaking with Carl and his explanation of the laws and our rights, we were sure we found the right firm to represent my husband. It took over 2 years to medically recover from the accident, but Carl and his team always were only a phone call away. It was very reassuring to know they were on our side. The service we received from the Nagle professional team made the whole experience bearable. We cannot thank them enough for all of the compassion and hard work they did on my husband's behalf.

Had I been in a "catastrophic" accident as he discussed, I would not use this firm. I found him to be crass and condescending. He told me outright that they only charge a %25 rate as they only take "catastrophic" cases. Well Mr. Mark, the smaller accident victim has pain just the same as the large. I think a %25 fee of an injured victim's settlement would be way too much money to have to deal with you. Being from the south I think I would say, you are just way too big for your rich boy britches and are living way above your raising or maybe not !
